After holding Michelin stars for 12 years at his fine dining London restaurants, Alexis Gauthier became vegan. 123V is his first fully plant-based restaurant, based in the exquisite surroundings of Fenwick, Bond Street, Mayfair. With both a bright and sunny outside terrace nestled alongside the chic boutiques around Bond & Brook Street, and a fun dining room within the new ’Studio’ floor at Fenwick, the all-day menu offers global, modern, fun vegan food and drinks for everyone.

I would definitely return to this café. Polite, friendly helpful staff. Lovely food at a good price.
Lovely to be eating out again in London. A nice outdoor seating area with heaters to keep you warm. Very nice food although menu rather limited. Excellent service. Would definitely come again.
Had lunch here before a day of birthday shopping which was long overdue since lockdown. We both ordered the beyond California cheeseburger and chickpea fries and side salads. The service was great. The seated area was nice although cold but there were some heaters above us and blankets. The food was nice but I found it very salty, the chips were lovely but coated in salt. The burger was almost like a McDonald’s burger (better quality) in how much it tasted like meat. Personally I prefer my vegan food not to taste like meat but if you’re looking for a meat like experience I recommend this.
great food lovely atmosphere and really well priced . lovely staff
Absolutely incredible food! The setting is lovely and service is polite and prompt. I’ve been here for breakfast before and it was equally lovely. Can’t wait to go back! ❤️🌱
Good options on the menu and tasted good, good restaurant for a lunch with friends
Nice atmosphere and food ;)
Lovely for lunch with friends
Brilliant food and incredible service. Very quiet and calm.
I have gone to Gauthier Soho many times and decided to try the vegan café, even though I was sceptical about veganism. The food was absolutely excellent with the full depth of flavour you would expect from Gauthier Soho. Would recommend highly for everyone.
The food was delicious, and good value bearing in mind its location just off Bond Street
The vegan burger was incredible and the aubergine starter was great too
Excellent to see a new local eatery open up in these times, and that too vegetarian and vegan friendly. Despite having to sit outside due to covid restrictions, the meal felt luxurious and the team managed to create a good ambience (need to get all of the heaters working).
The menu is creative and presents healthy options from global cuisine. The food could have been a bit tastier, especially at the price. The guacamole was a lack lustre and quesadilla looked promising but taste was average. The Bowls are a nice take and hopefully will get more refined with time.
Making allowances for covid constraints, the outside seating and teething trouble, I do plan to go back atleast once more as I would like to support local restaurants. Hopefully 123V will live up to the promise.
Food was okay. Nice to be in central London outside.
Great to have this level of food so accessible in central London. Everything was delicious but feel the menu could be a bit more adventurous. Generally good value for the standard of food/brand name but salads are definitely overpriced. Chickpea fries and A&T were the faves at our table. Oh and the chocolate pudding!
Food was generally really good, desserts were amazing, loved the oat, almond and coconut cake with lime and mango, delicious! Chickpea chips and starters were yummy. However, one of the mains was super salty/we didn’t like it (beetroot salad). Service was very good although communication was sometimes a bit confusing. Loved the outdoor seating!
Great food and friendly, efficient service with some familiar faces from the crew at Gauthier Soho. Bravo Alexis!
Set a hard task , to offer fine dining on a pavement in April , 123V largely pulled it off.
There are a few rough edges , but they are likely to be smoothed as the offering matures.
The food was imaginative and tasty. The wine list is a little shallow but adequate.
Service was attentive but not helped by the configuration of the seating.
A vegan ‘street experience ‘ in London’s West End is an exiting idea. It deserves to succeed.
What a find! I have to say this was the first ever ‘vegan’ restaurant we’d ever been to, and if they are all like this I would not even think about eating meat again. Absolutely stunning dishes, really interesting, there was even a burger for my husband who swore blind it was meat. Totally changed my perception of ‘vegan’. Love love love.
Excellent all round. Pleasant staff ,good outdoor seating blankets and heaters in parasol to all tables.
Food excellent especially chickpea fries and arrived in normal time frame expected.
Would recommend to all even meat eaters and shall go back again when time permits.
Found this place by accident as I walked toward my office. The terrace was packed but managed to get a table at 4pm. Serious. vegan fare where the beyond burger absolutely stole the show. Difficult to get a table but worth the wait on Brook street.
Very confortable terrace on the corner of Bond Street. Excellent and speedy service despite the place being packed. Food is simple but well executed and my beyond meat burger was the best I ever had. Can’t wait to go back!
Met all expectations:
✅Undercover, heaters and blankets
Will definitely return!
The food was good, if a tad overpriced but it is on New Bond Street...the main improvement will need to be the service which was a little chaotic and not particularly attentive. A real shame as the restaurant has potential.
As happy vegans and fane of Gauthier, we really enjoyed the experience at 123V. The menu options are good and the set menu offers a lovely seasonal 3 course choice. Make sure to order the chick pea fries and whole grain mustard sauce as an extra side- you wont regret it !
Seats are good but better to be close to one of the overhead heaters. We asked to move to the next table ,as it was vacant and had a heater beside it , while the table we were first shown to did not. Surprisingly the young male server initially refused but then seemed to 'change his mind' and thankfully as we really did appreciate the added heater warmth.
Service led by Charlotte was friendly and super efficient which made for a pleasant family al fresco lunch
First time visiting a vegan restaurant in the UK and honestly it was a very pleasant experience. The guacamole with tortilla chips and the tomato and aubergine on sourdough starters were very tasty. We ordered the quesadilla and the vegan cheeseburger with chickpea chips - both are highly recommended! Also the latte with coconut milk was delicious I am definitely going to try that at home. Staff were friendly and attentive.
It's a lovely quiet spot a block away from busy Oxford and Regent Streets. But the service is pretty bad - they brought starts and mains all the same time, and the drinks came after the food. We still had food on the table yet they tried two times to clear it.
The food is ok-ish. The chickpeas fries were very good, the rest just average. Vegan restaurants need to go an extra mile normally, this one didn't.
We booked a table for 3pm which I am glad we did as the restaurant was not taking walk ins. We we greeted in welcoming manner and taken to our table quickly. We opted for the 3 courses for £26. The staff were so friendly, professional, helpful, polite and a delight. The food was delicious. The restaurant had a good variety and choice of wines. We enjoyed a French Rose. We dined at the restaurant until 6pm enjoying more food off the A la Carte Menu. We look forward to returning to this restaurant soon. We recommend to everyone to go as you will not be disappointed and have a first class enjoyable time all round. Vegan is most certainly not boring at 123V.
Brilliant food, amazing service. Highly recommend.
When we arrived no one acknowledged us, after 5 mins I approached a waiter to say we had a booking. The service was not great not very attentive at all. The food was very good but the portion size was very small for the price you are paying. We got overcharged for our drinks by £4 each drink I did point this out when paying the bill and was offered free drinks which was nice. Overall the food was tasty but the service needs working on and also could of done with a little more on my plate.
Good service and yummy food. Inconsistent prices for drinks though
Too expensive, food combinations were bizarre (sorry, watermelon does not work as a replacement for sashimi), staff were inexperienced but generally friendly, nice atmosphere (as nice as you can have outside on a cold April day).
They have done a great job under the current restrictions. The food was perfect and the setting was great, was a bit cold on the day but had some heaters! Our food was delicious and the service was attentive. We would go again.
Def recommend trying here- delicious cuisine (bonus that it's vegan) - try the chickpea chips!
