I can’t speak to the karaoke, but I strongly recommend avoiding 113 KTV if you’re looking for a decent meal. Despite the variety on offer, the buffet was shockingly poor in quality. We arrived for dinner at 6:45pm, and most of the food was already tough and barely lukewarm, tasting like it had been sitting out for hours. The BBQ meat was worse with low-grade cuts that were unpleasant to eat. To be honest, the only reason we ate anything at all was to justify the hour-long journey we made to get there. The staff were friendly but the service was forgetful and unprofessional. It felt like no one was really in charge or cared about the experience they were providing. 113 KTV may work for karaoke, but as a restaurant, it completely fails to deliver and I suggest you save your money and time and go elsewhere.

Premises were great, food was excellent and service was super attentive! Servers kept a great eye on us and took great initiative to offer items included in the buffet that needed special ordering which was great. It was a quiet evening with not many other patrons, however. Bit warm indoors seemingly with no central A/C however, especially with the table-top bbq on, but staff was nice to angle portable A/C unit towards us. Definitely coming back, great value!

Great food, great service, great karaoke, my friends and I had a brilliant time, the only worry I had was that I tho j the menus on the website might need updating as it was more expensive than I expected, and alcoholic drinks are very expensive here, same drinks are even more expensive in the karaoke rooms, so do bear that in mind!

Flies everywhere and no ambience, only kpop music. Waiter turned the grill off because the buffet was closing, but our food was still cooking? Not worth the 50min trip and the train fare. Also service charge when we do most of the things ourselves, doesn’t make sense. Stay away

We’d like to clarify a few points: 1.There are no flies on the premises — we were awarded a 5-star food hygiene rating just two days ago, which wouldn’t be possible otherwise. 2.A new staff member mistakenly turned off your grill early — this has been addressed, and further training is in place. 3.We kindly ask all guests to keep reviews fair and accurate, as they affect our team who work hard every day. 4.We play Korean music because we are a Korean restaurant

Best Kbbq I’ve ever had! Great taste, so much food for the price and the food did not lose out quality! The staff were so patient and professional and so keen to help 10/10 Defo coming back !!
