Really cool place with very good service and delicious food. The restaurant was a bit empty because on a Tuesday so not a lot of atmosphere. Other than that the food is delicious and innovative. Presentation is also very well done.
+ GREAT atmosphere, food, cocktails, original food, staff...
- a little bit cold inside
One of our nicest meals out recently. Great atmosphere, very attentive, knowledgeable and friendly staff. Overall a delicious, generous and hospitable meal.
Such a delicious meal, will definitely return with friends. We had the tasting menu and could not fault a single course - splendid cocktails also!
Fantastic food, atmosphere and staff. Wonderful evening with a friend.
Just absolutely delicious and such good value! Can't wait to go back
Service was exceptional and all staff were super helpful and friendly and went above and beyond. Food was a delight...surprisingly different ingredients which came together really well. I will definitely go back and will recommend happily.
The restaurant and the service were absolutely exceptional. The decision to drink cocktails all night was a delight to the tongue, but painful on the wallet. But the food was absolutely worth the expense. The chef sent a few extra treats to our table. Standouts of the night were the sticky beer pudding (we ate two!), pig's head (sounds... well you know how it sounds, but was the best thing we ate all night), chicken liver parfit on toast (could not stop shoving this into my mouth) and burratina. Skippable (yes we tried all the mains on the menu) were the salt baked celeriac and sweet breads (never my thing, so maybe take that with a pinch of salt - although my fellow diners agreed), and the cotswold white (which was chicken and just a bit unsurprising). That said almost all the items (except the the chicken) were very interesting and complex. Dining environment was relaxed and comfortable, which is so nice that food this delicious and innovative is not served in a stuffy dining room with linen table clothes.
Sit up at the bar, it’s a whole different experience. Kitchen guys very professional and engaging. Bar staff fun but we felt a bit out of sight out of mind with drinks. They seemed to forget to give us menus and drinks.
The food was truly exceptional: art meets science. The service was friendly and efficient. The setting is cool and fun. 108 Garage is the best and most exciting restaurant that I have been to in ages.
If I had just read the menu it would not have appealed , but what a fantastic evening, fab food, fab staff and very highly recommended
Great food, great service, great staff, great environment!
It’s the third time I’ve been to 108 garage and every time it’s even better than the last. Had such a memorable evening. Food was just extraordinary! Can’t wait to go back again daisie x
Bu far the best bbq restaurant in London. Pork tail, brisket, lamb and pork cheeck crosuettes were extraordinary.
Excellent! We are looking forward to these guys coming to the States. We recently went on holiday to the UK for a couple of weeks and wanted to have a nice meal out. What we love the most about the restaurant is they are willing to take chances and try things that others would shy away from. They did a great job of accommodating my son's tree nut allergy. We had such a good time that we took a coach from Oxford back to London to eat there a second time!
I had a great evening, lovely food , great service.
A brilliant evening, and a great overall experience. Great staff, buzzy atmosphere and awesome food. One of the best, will definitely be going again 👌
Amazing food, passionate team. A hit all round. Thank you.
very nice restaurant with special food.
the people who are working in this restaurant are extremely friendly!!!!!
We loved it. Amazing food. The service was outstanding. James looked after us so well. I'd definitely will go back.
One of those rare dining experiences where you want to give the entire staff hugs. Effing sublime
The food was excellent .The tasting menu was varied and well balanced each course complementing the next. The staff were friendly and knowledgeable.
I really enjoyed our meal here. Food was delicious and exciting with new flavours and textures in each course. I was, however, unaware that there would be a set tasting menu which was a bit of a surprise. It was delicious but expensive and too much food for us. Staff were lovely and attentive but at times I felt as though they were too attentive and trying to hurry us along to get our table freed up. We had to ask them to slow down with the courses! On arrival we were given our snack before we’d even had a chance to sit down and settle in properly and enjoy a drink. Only minor things though as was a fantastic meal!
Friendly atmosphere from the moment we entered. I suggest eating at the counter as this adds to the experience of this great venue. If you're feeling brave start your evening with (one of the strongest) Negroni. Overall great evening
It felt very rushed, we had no time in between plates...
The food was really amazing! Probably the best restaurant I went to in London.
Absolutely loved this place. Superb food, great wine and charming service. Great atmosphere and will definitely be coming back!
We have been at 108 Garage multiple times and are always impressed by the outstanding food. Ingredients and presentation are innovative, quality is top notch and the overall experience is fun.
Where 108 has to improve is the level of service. Having been at the restaurant multiple times, we have always had a much better experience when sitting at the bar rather than in the room.
Of course, this is partially due to the fact that being close to the kitchen allows interaction with the Chris and the team. At the same time, the service staff lacks some personality (interest for what they do, maybe?) which is visible from the moment you enter to the menu presentation and to service in general.
This is a restaurant that aims to the Michelin heaven, so why not behave like one from start to finish?
Stunning meal. I've eaten here a few times before, mostly at lunchtime and it has always been very good. This time, for dinner seated at the 'kitchen bar', had a little something extra. Great energy from the kitchen and the execution of all the dishes was absolutely spot on. So happy to have this as a local restaurant - keep up the amazing work team! Thank you.
Nice staff, good and creative cooking. We will come back
Service is amazing.
Food very inventive and flavoursome.
Great service and food. Very welcoming. Seleriac and beer cake the favourites. Thanks for a lovely time.
My experience was like.... 'The stuff DREAMS' are made of.
Dishes that surprise and delight.
Uncomplicated clean flavours delivered in an environment that makes you want to get up and dance.
If you haven't been you're missing out.
Incredible value for money.
One to watch in 2019 / 20
Decided to book 108 Garage following a review by Giles Coren in the The Times. It did not disappoint. Tasting menu is fantastic. Really fresh food. Sticky beer cake for desert is a must if it’s on the menu!
We were at the chefs table and treated to some amazing dishes. We loved it
Very good food and service. Will definitely go again.
Beautiful place and simple food, clean taste and presentation. My fave sweetbread dish!
Superb all round.
We had an utterly fabulous meal at 108 Garage and can’t wait to go back! Not only was the food inventive, surprising and delicious, the relaxed but attentive service made us feel like we were old friends of the restaurant rather than first-time diners. This will be the first of many visits - can’t wait to taste what you guys whip up next!
Amazing and innovative food, great cocktails and very friendly chef and staff
