   Absolutely a wonderful experience. The bartenders were knowledgeable and very friendly. The drinks and food were delicious and fairly priced. The atmosphere was the best part for me, except the beautiful lady next to me. It was quite, the lighting was low but not to dark and it was just relaxing. There had been an issue with my reservation date and I was immediately contacted by the management to work everything out to benefit my wife and I. I would recommend this to anyone who wants to be able to eat, have a great drink and enjoy a conversation without the noise of large crowds in restaurants.

   Great place for high quality drinks and fun atmosphere. Burgers are awesome and service was outstanding. Will definitely be coming back.

   Service was wonderful, drinks were outstanding. My only complaint was that they don't have their own menu, even if they have some of the same items they should have their own menu. We will return.

   The knowledge the staff has was amazing, especially the bar tender—- outstanding!!! Darling room that takes you back in time and our food couldn’t have been better. The whole experience was definitely worth doing and we highly recommend spending an evening at 101 Proof.

   Love this hidden gem. As I understand it, speak easy’s are supposed to be fairly quiet. Here, I think it depends on the bartender. I prefer a more quiet atmosphere at places like this but I feel it’s hit or miss. The cocktail selection and skill level of the bartenders is second to none. Anything you order will be fabulous but try the Gimlet with Sipsmith Gin!

   This place was absolutely THE highlight of our anniversary weekend! The bartender (Brian) was awesome, so knowledgeable and made the most amazing drinks. Food was great, vibe and ambiance was very cool. Will be going back!
