We had the best time. Great customer service. The ambiance is stellar. We took our family but this would make a great date night too or with friends. Love the cozy setup. Great drinks.

My birthday celebration was amazing! Everyone had an awesome time! The food and drinks were great. 1Watson was a whole vibe!

We had brunch on Saturday. My champagne glass was dirty and had Tajín salt around the rim, and my fork still had food on it. For such a nice and expensive place, you’d expect the basics to be handled. The food was good (though I lost my appetite), and our server, Jeanette, was excellent.

We loved the restaurant overall but did have an issue with our server. She would “ disappear “ for a while at a time and did not clear dishes / plates along the way. We also had to ask for more water and at the end of our meal we had to go ask Someone to get her to get our check. She may need some feedback and more training on pre-bussing and customer service. Server name was crystal. Overall the drinks and food were great .

Had heard great things about the restaurant and bar. My experience was less than ideal. Tacos were cold, no silverware or napkin. Food was salty.
