   Carter was our waiter and he was awesome. They could not get the food hot. Flavor was great. Sent back once and it came out a little warmer but was disappointed. Manager came over to apologize. Overall will return. Great place to have a drink and hang out.

   It took about 25 minutes for the waiter to come to the table. We had to go tell the host that nobody had helped us out. We ordered drinks 10 minutes later and she told us they were out of Mezcal. Another 15 minutes later we’re ready to order and she tells us they’re out of salmon. That’s the only reason why we went there. We had family that came from another state and we bragged about how good 1Watson was only for them to be out of everything. We ended up having chips and salsa and leaving to go eat somewhere else.

   Understaffed, not prepared, and completely disappointing. Took nearly two hours to get 3 of the five plates we ordered. Two people in our party left after waving an hour and a half. 4 of the meals ordered were brisket tacos. The brisket should have been cooked before we ever showed up so it make no sense. The management was kind enough to take the meals never delivered off the ticket but offered nothing other than a lukewarm warm apology and lame excuse about a large party (1 table of 15ish people) with at least 1/4 of the restaurant was empty though so it just felt poorly managed/run. The one bright spot was the southwest eggroll dip.

   The atmosphere was nice. We initially requested patio seating, but due to an event it was closed until halfway through our meal. We were moved to a nice patio location after finishing our starters. Overall, the experience was good, but more than 1 day notice regarding patio availability would have been nice.

   Making a reservation was not helpful. There was a "Party" going on. I was given a table , a water came within 15 min Took out drink order never came back with the beverage To much hoopla for 1 Watson. Don't waste your time land money Btw, bad experience

   If you are over 25, this is not the place for you, although, in fairness, I did see some 40ish people who seemed to be having a good time. Unfortunately, there was a private party on the balcony, the primary reason we booked this restaurant, so we we seated in the bar, where the noise level was high and got louder. (It seems they turn up the music as the night wears on so people talk louder and the cycle repeats. By the time we left, it was unbelievably noisy.) Our server, Joe, arrived reasonably promptly, got our drinks and took our dinner order, but that was the last good thing he did. After we placed our order, Joe disappeared and we waited and waited and waited. The food finally arrived and it was fine, but 30-40 minutes later, when we had finished, no Joe.Just as we were about to give up, he appeared. Being gluttons for punishment, we asked what flavors of Gelato they had, which necessitated a trip by Joe to find out. We finally placed what we thought was a simple request ("one scoop, two spoons"). You guessed it. After another interminable wait, we got two scoops, one spoon. 😔 When Joe brought the Gelato, we asked for the check and that came promptly. Moral of the story? Don't go to 1Watson unless you have money to burn, are not hungry, want to suffer through an awful experience and risk permanent damage to your hearing.

   Definitely a go to spot for the views! Service was not the best. We had reservations. We’re seated immediately & saw the hostess circle us a few times before asking if we had a server. They said if we wanted to go to bar we could but it will be a while before a server came. A server never came so we went to bar to order food and drinks. Bartender was great! Besides the odd service the view was worth it.

   It was a great experience and our server was amazing. The cocktails were great. Definitely have to check it out if y’all haven’t been here before

   Great rooftop joint. Had some shareables and drinks. The southwest eggroll dip and shrimp sopes gambas were good. Brisket tacos and cilantro lime tacos were on point.

    Cool environment. But food was lacking. Felt like a free hotel breakfast level of food. Would do again for cocktails only.
