You can’t go wrong going to this most excellent venue! Service is spot on impeccable and proper! Very generous offerings and presentation and delicious everything-teas, savories, sweets, scones!! I opted for the classic Earl Grey, which was perfectly brewed and bursting with flavor. The knowledgeable staff was eager to share recommendations and made the experience even more enjoyable. Now, let’s talk about the food! The afternoon tea set was beautifully presented, featuring a delightful array of finger sandwiches, scones, and pastries. The scones, served with clotted cream and homemade jam, were the highlight for me—fluffy, warm, and delicious. Each sweet treat was a unique creation that showcased the pastry chef's skill and creativity. What truly stood out was the attentive service. The staff was friendly, accommodating, and ensured that we had everything we needed throughout our visit. A trip to Queen Mary's is a trip to heaven. It's a delight for the senses. You're treated like royalty. The food is 5-star amazing. The teas are beyond belief good. Mara, our waitress, reviewed the menu and our options. She served us with happy style. She brought me a little cream puff with a candle burning to celebrate my half-birthday! Budget for a trip, it's not inexpensive. It's still the best value you'll find for an excellent restaurant experience. The decorations are amazing. The bathrooms... you want to spend a long time there just soaking in the artwork. Yeah, the loos. Treat yourself. This is my go-to place now.

Queen Mary is a gem and not to be missed if you live in Seattle or are a fan of high tea. It’s a tightly packed and highly decorated room. Service is caring and polite. Huge assortment of tea and goodies. Proper behavior is the norm. Sit up straight! There’s a menu with regular lunch items like sandwiches and quiche and high tea is served all day. Lunch menu not available in the middle of the day. It is expensive for the amount of food, but it’s all good and the perfect spot for a special occasions and an opportunity to play dress up. If you don’t order the high tea, save room for dessert.

Very busy, but stff handled it pretty well. Obviously lots of people enjoy coming there, so kudoes to the founder! Awfull;y high priced though. Nevertheless, I intend to continue coming:)

This was our first visit. We love going to Tea Services and have tried places wherever we travel. Some are formal, but QM has created its unique stamp on the tradition to honor the British tea *and* add a dash of self-pampering. Once you close the door, you'll find yourself in a new world where time slows down enough to savor the delicious treats, tea, and colleagial company.
