Busy night (Valentine's). Servers were overwhelmed. Food took a long time. We got to-go food from another table. We paid for wine pairing - the wine was not timed with the courses so we never got to do a proper wine pairing. Would recommend but not for a busy night or special event. It was clear that the staff was not prepared for so many people

We were told that it is a new chef’s gala show tonight . The best part is the soup (cappuccino look) with house baked biscotti- I wanted to buy that if there’s were a chance. Super good main dish - sea bass and rib eye . Unique creative and tasty desert -bomb made with chocolate shell and fresh marinated fruit with some type of alcohol. Service is a bit mixed up. Someone served us double appetizers/ bread/ soups and we told him to take it back. Then we waited for long before the main course could arrive . Live music . Fresh roses. Overall , a great evening

It’s a Valentine’s Day dinner. They are absolutely understaffed. The gap between courses are highly inconsistent and generally much longer than desired. For example, the gap between the first two course was 50 mins, and again 50 mins to wait for desert. It seems it’s the average for almost all tables, if not worse. The two tables next to us have either a much longer wait that they had to walk into the kitchen to ask, or out of order courses. We asked for wine pairing and eventually missed one, not to mention the rest never came on time with the matching course. Very disappointed especially for the special occasion.

Feel bad for the staff but this was one pricey meal. Did the Valentine’s Day special and the delays and waits were horrendous. They also kept delivering me the wrong meal. I don’t eat seafood and asked for the veggie option. They were clearly understaffed that night and I can tell that everyone from the other tables were upset and trying to be understanding. It’s a tough one. The food was great, along with ambiance and live music. But when I’m paying $500+ at a fancy hotel restaurant I’d expect top quality or reasonable response times. The waiter was super nice and apologetic.

This was our worst ever dinner. We travel and eat out a lot and have never experienced such terrible service in the entire US. Our experience was for Valentine's day dinner, 2022. I had called earlier and told the manager that I was vegetarian and they had suggested that I could use a la carte ordering instead of prix-fix menu ($190 pp) -- Took 30 min to get menus. I was pleased that they had a veg menu ($190 pp) for me. -- Took 1 hour to get water on the table (after repeated reminders). Never brought the drinks menu. -- Server forgot that I was vegetarian and brought seafood. After I asked to change it, brought really undercooked noodles. Thankfully got the right noodles after 2 tries but unfortunately too salty that I just ate as I was too hungry. I had to go the bar to get cutlery as the server forgot to bring it, even when I asked for it. -- Took 3 hours to get done with dinner with kids. -- Server missed bringing out one of the course (for both) on the prix-fix menu but refused to admit and charged us for it. -- Server had to be reminded to bring the last course - petit four I would have given zero stars, if that was an option. We have been to Quattro several times and their service is great. I would caution, never go there for a special event.

Had a poor seating location which was not apparent until it was inconvenient to change. I should have spotted in when initially seated. There were many other seating options available. This was an 62 year anniversary celebration (we come to Quattro every year) but there was no recognition of the event even though noted in the reservation request. The food was excellent but thought the menu choices seemed less than in previous visits. Wine menu altho very extensive was very expensive. $19 per glass for the most basic. We purchased a $60 bottle of what would normally be about $20

Had Chicken Waffle, sadly tastes like KFC! Greasy!!! Starts, Server Araceli is polite and energetic, to begin with. However, once she becomes comfortable with our table…she becomes too openly gesture starts talking about COVID. This ends up ruining our brunch. KFC Chicken Waffle evolved into street food Chicken… The crazy part was when we asked for our check. We signed and tipped for our check, and the Server came back with another tab insisting that we pay the new charge. What manner is that? So Impolite, she screwed up, forgetting to add our Sparkling Water onto the first check. (In the past, Dining at Quattro, when a server fails to add a dish or liquor or water, they apologize and forgive that additional add-on)! It doesn’t matter if Sparkling is $8 extra. Cost is not the issue. The Issue is Server Overall Attitude and Gesture. Server, Lacks Experience in High-End Dinner Environment.
