It was very good. Bit slow service but the food was really good
We booked an outdoor table, but that wasn't acknowledged when we arrived, and they attempted to seat us inside. They did a good job accommodating us by opening up a table outside with heaters, but not until we offered to leave if there were no outdoor options.
The QR code menus are only partially functional, and we could not view wines by the glass. The host offered to suggest a wine for us, and we didn't find out until later (when the check came) that his suggestion would cost us $117 for two glasses, accounting for the majority of our bill.
We live less than a mile away and had a wonderful time dining here previously. But now there is no way we will ever return.
only 9 items on menu, food mediocre, you sit in the hallway rather than the main restaurant. best to visit when pandemic is over
We had a wonderful experience at Quattro last Friday for lunch.
Our waiter, Greg, was very attentive, even though he was the only server
The food and service was outstanding and we will definitely be back soon.
Maybe for Mother’s Day -but we need a table for nine.
Ridiculously good rib eye steak (like the best in years) with wonderful, friendly service at the bar. Remember meals at the bar?
Set inside the Four Seasons Silicon Valley hotel, Quattro is struggling with the low staffing levels that accompany the hotel's low occupancy during the pandemic. The main part of the restaurant remains closed and the service team struggled to do the basic things that quality restaurants need to do to satisfy customers. Only two main courses were on offer for our Easter morning breakfast, and in both cases the ingredients to complete the meal as written in the menu were unavailable, so substitutions were required, not all of which were disclosed until after the meal arrived. When the bill came, it was literally wrong in 5 places, including the prices of both main courses. Overall, we were overcharged by 45% for a meal served on warped placemats, possibly because the inexperienced staff had put them in the dishwasher inadvertently. I suggest staying away for a few months until the service level improves to Four Seasons standards.
A limited menu but I adore Quattro and it's so nice to know they are back!
Service was excellent and the food was fantastic. The chef’s favorite dishes are the gourmet burger and the steak. Both are amazing choices.
The waiter Sam was excellent. The menu is limited because of COVID but all was good. The burger is still big and tasty with onion rings and fries. I had a beet salad that was dressed perfectly. They had very few diners. I think they recently reopened which made the service attentive.
We went on what I believe was their first night of being open. Both Sam and the other person(who was also taking care of hotel guests) did an amazing job of taking care of us and everyone else dining that night! Thank you for your hard work and effort
Because of the corona virus, I think, we were the only two people in the restaurant although there were a couple people in the bar. There's a limited menu, but we enjoyed the food we ordered, and the service was friendly and prompt.
All was fine. Wish I was told about the kids menu and orange juice for my child was $10 even though there was a a lot less $ option on kids menu.
I hosted some out-of-town guests for breakfast. The restaurant, like many these days, was very quiet. The service was exceptional, and the food was very good. We each order different dishes, and the staff was responsive to requests off the menu.
We were very happy with the delicious foods and service.
And thank for the birthday dessert.
Great service and food. Their pizzas are really good - thin, tasty sauce & not too cheesy. The best neopolitan pizza since Una Pizza Napoletana left San Francisco. The menu is marked for vegetarian items. They have one chocolate desert that is also eggless which is awesome. Parking is free near the hotel.
great venue for a silicon valley business lunch, they provide simple elegance in a relaxed setting with a well prepared menu.
Been here almost on a few times per monthly basis. Noticed their management must had changed Recently, services has been deteriorating. This time, service attention is poor, personally will rate it below 1 star for lack of attentive staff. Food delivery took twice as long as usual. Tested our waiter, how will you rate yourself today? His response was 20% Tip for lack of Guest Attention.
Healthy. Light and airy. Professional
Kevin our waiter was a delight. Definitely ask for him if he's working while you're there.
The ambiance was impressive. Quiet interior with views of fireplace outside. Noise level was good too. Food presentation could be improved., considering the price we paid. However, taste was impressive. Overall, would consider coming back for special events, like anniversary dinner.
Went for Valentine’s Day. 1 hour wait even with a reservation. Overwhelmed staff and a clueless manager.
The restaurant looks great. The food is quite good. Sadly, we have a reservation for 8:15, and we gave up waiting for a table around 9:00 (it looked like it would be another 30 minutes).
The food was fine. We had the Prefix menu, and not every course was great. It was definitely overpriced. The restaurant was noisy.
Every dish in a required 8 course meal (counting dish by dish eg each appetizer) took 30 minutes per dish, literally 30 minutes between each dish that was served, extreme inefficient l, all guests were disappointed with how long of a wait there was and dishes served cold. Definitely not experience worthy of 250 dollars per person
Went here for Valentine’s Day and paid $280 per person for a cold, small, mediocre meal. Do not come here if you like getting what you have paid for or if you like good service. The staff was unapologetically awful. It took almost two hours to get our full meal and they served multiple portions cold without offering to compensate us in any way. Due to how small the portions were, we were eating for less than five minutes and waiting for twenty for the next item. The Pork tasted cheap and was very small. Would not recommend even on your corporate card.
Valentine's. Very expensive (>$300/pp and my date only had water), cheerful but very slow service. Small portions.
Service, atmosphere and occasion where great. The occasion however seemed to be used to gauge as the food was sub-par relative to price. $220/person fixed menu @ Four Seasons comes with an expectation, an expectation that was not met. I've had similar 'fixed menu' experiences at half the price that were superior
Good food, quiet place, just what the doctor ordered!
Arturo was our waiter and he is the best! Great at making recommendations and provided excellent service.!
Kitchen/chef preparation was disappointing - the eggplant parmigiana was oily/greasy, the branzino ok, nothing special, just an unseasoned grilled fish.. whatever the fish sat on was tasteless. Four Seasons San Francisco could teach the chef how to prepare same fish, at Four Seasons level. We expect a higher level preparation from Four Seasons!
I have been to this restaurant periodically over the past 12yrs. I thought the food was excellent. Highlights for us were the carrot salad, the tenderloin, the cheesecake and the service. Our family of 6 were there on Saturday night and it was not crazy or rushed. Very enjoyable experience!! The kids were happy 👍
Enjoyed our meal and the restaurant overall. $50 wine corkage is excessive.
We loved our meal at Quattro. The food was tasty and perfectly prepared, the service was terrific and attentive, and the atmosphere was comfortable. We often eat at the restaurant and it always delivers a memorable night out.
We were very much looking forward to this Brunch. Unfortunately it was rather disappointing. The brunch consists of an appetizer buffet with vegetables, some cut up fruit, cheese cubes, cold cuts and as highlights salmon and deviled eggs. The salmon and the eggs are good. The pastries were fresh but rather generic. One has to pick a main course out of a list of 5-6. They sounded good on paper so we picked the steak and chicken&waffles. Coffee or tea are included but Mimosa or Bloody Mary are $40 extra with refills
The mains came and looked good but were very bland and unseasoned. The steak was super chewy and my friend ended up taking most of it home to make a dachshund very happy. The chicken was plentiful but bland, the crust flaking off from the over abundant disk of maple syrup. The waffle was bone dry and tasted almost dusty
For dessert there was a variety of nice looking tartlets etc. same issue again that flavor was not in the for front
Total per person with tip about $130 which seemed very overpriced for the offerings/ quality. Service was very good and it is a pretty sub flooded room
very good party for Palo Alto
What a great place to visit and have a meal at the restaurant or even drinks and coffee at their bar or fireside lounge. Very elegant this 4 Seasons and its restaurant Quatro. I’ve gone back many times and we even have our family get together here at Christmas time. The food his great and the people working there are friendly and professional and helpful. They’re attitude seems like they’re thankful for you choosing their establishment to visit. Would I go back ?? yes!
Had a very nice dining experience at Quattro. I went there for my birthday brunch. The staff was very polite and welcoming, and they were kind enough to bring a complimentary fruit platter with a candle and the words "Happy Birthday" written in chocolate sauce on the plate.
Overall food is great, but always can be better. Chef needs to Add more color to their dishes. Several dishes looks dull and unpleasant. Bus Boy Needs to Ask “would you like another bottle of Sparkling”, instead keeps opening another bottle when “assumes” glass is half empty. Very poor Services.
Just 10 days after my last dining experience, yet this time was very different -- and not in a good direction. Service was deplorable - everyone focused on outdoor activities. Food was good, but the pasta got cold while we waited 10+ minutes for serving implements. If Quattro is doing outdoor service, who is taking care of indoors customers? At this price level, it should not be so hard to flag down waiters.
We were seated an hour after our booked time. The food was just ok, especially for the price (factoring in Christmas Day premium).
