I paid over $500 for thanks giving dinner which was over paid for a simple food, I had thanksgiving dinner at LA for season you can even compare,
You guys need lots of improvement for next year,
The Start, Entrees & Dessert buffet were excellent. The Thanksgiving Feast was as tasty as it looked. Visually very, very appealing. Dessert buffet’s originality was great.
Pricey but it was Thanksgiving. Excellent service.
Very Enjoyable !
For Thanksgiving I didn’t think the food was that tasty. I had the squash for appetizer and there was absolutely nothing to it it was just cooked squash the best thing was the cauliflower next to it. The turkey was delicious the stuffing was bazaar it had something crunchy on top. Overall I probably wouldn’t come back for Thanksgiving I didn’t think it was a good value or the food was a credibly tasty for that money. I love the restaurant in general however
Great service. Had the power lunch for $35 - included salad, soup, main course and dessert.
Had a great birthday, food is excellent, service is amazing, definitely will come back for another date night.
The branzino was outstanding. The amatriciana was not. Desserts were not memorable. Quite pricey.
Excellent, fantastic, great, deliciously!!!
I met two business contacts at Quattro for lunch. The service was excellent. We all chose the salmon, which was very good. Quattro continues to be my go-to spot for a business lunch.
Hostess came over and aggressive interrupted a private and important conversation to ask about our meal. Totally inappropriate and showed zero emotional intelligence.
Never interrupt patrons who are having an intense discussion.
Otherwise it was good but far too noisy.
Great Ambiance. Service was outstanding. Food is excellent. Thank you Quattro we all had a great time.
Fine selection of meals , and unique taste . Compliments for deserts and plates creativity . Service was good
Nothing innovative, but good execution, high prices, and $50 a bottle corkage? That's just plain greedy because you have a very sucky wine list.
We were using Groupon Voucher for the dinner. The voucher allowed us to order 3 appetizers/small plates, 2 entrees and 1 dessert. We ordered Prosciutto, Duck Confit Salad, Risotto for appetizers/small, Wagyu Tenderloin and Lobster Tail for entrees and Endless Summer for dessert.
Overall the food tasted very good and were plated nicely. All dishes came with a good portion. You would feel satisfy after the meal.
Duck Confit Salad was little bit salty.
Dessert Endless Summer was Okay. Rose flavor sorbet was overpower. Grilled apricot was tough. Plate presentation was nice.
very good service but food was not worth it. we had a celebration so we had fun but ambience was not worthy of a four seasons
We had a wonderful waiter very kind and accommodating. Gave my friend just exactly what she wanted. Service was very good not rushed just let us have a delightful brunch. Overall a very good experience also loved the food.
Every dish was DELICIOUS! Outstanding service!!! Will definitely be back...
The food and atmosphere were wonderful. The service was exceptional.
Waiter knew nothing about it.
Had to explain what it is multiple times...
AMAZEBALLS! AMAZING! Service on point, Food was excellent!
Very expensive and probably not justified. My dish was OK but my wife
was unimpressed by her seafood concoction and left half of it. The place
is too noisy for any kind of conversation We were there on a Thurs eve.
Our couple friends were also unimpressed with what they ordered.
The food and service and company were fabulous-I can't wait to visit again and try another top-notch dish.
Slow, slow, slow!
Service was awesome in general everything was amazing but I do believe that 50$ for corkage fee is robbery but it is what it is but not even some fine dinning restaurants charge that! anyway I had a great experience and the service was outstanding, excellent food I’ll be back soon
Excellent waiter. Good food. Beautiful dining room.
Food was fresh, and good-tasting. The meal was standard fare for this caliber of restaurant, but nothing had a “wow” factor. I ordered the strawberry salad, and tuna entree. Someone from the waitstaff said the dishes I ordered were new to the menu and the chef wanted feedback. Her questioning would have felt less obtrusive if she had given me time to at least take my first bite. My guest enjoyed the “power lunch” which included a prosciutto sandwich. He complimented the portion size as perfect for eating light. I have previously enjoyed ordering breakfast, burger, and pizza there and would recommend those.
Very good food, excellent service, enjoyable place.
This makes our third time dining at Quattro, it's a delight, the food is well prepared, especially the wagyu steak, the drinks are tasty, the service, especially from Emily, is top notch. We will go back.
As always, food was very good. But the highlight is the service. I always ask for Hichem as his service level and focus on the customer experience as well as his attention to detail is unparalleled. He is truly an asset to the Four Seasons and a key reason why I am a loyal guest at Quattro.
Every time we had the foods at Quattro, we felt that the quality is down.
When it was opened many years ago, it was the excellent restaurant. This is the worst restaurant at all of Four Season Hotel in the world where we ate.
I had the rib-eye steak. It was very chewy. The 1st one was between medium and well-done. The 2nd one was rare even though I ordered medium-rare. They took the rare one to further cook. It seems that they put the meat in micro oven in order to make "medium rare".
The pasta was OK. The desert was good.
Quattro is embedded in the Four Seasons Hotel, and so may be a place for an expense account dinner for bigwigs visiting Silicon Valley. Possibly explaining why it was quiet with low occupancy on this weekend Saturday night. We ate outside, so the two effects conspired to give us a quiet, quiet experience, very important for us. Prices quite high, food was good, desserts we found outstanding. Service was reasonably cheery, relaxed, and attentive.
Fabulous Sunday breakfast for a birthday celebration. The food was delicious and the service perfect.
Absolutely PERFECT in every way, Bravo
Amazing place! Such a nice presentation of the food!! Simply classy and highly recommended!
One of my best experiences so far.
Food was delicious.
with high ceilings, it was an echo chamber for the loud party next to us. that was taking selfies and drinking loudly. so it sort of ruined the whole "romantic date" vibe we were hoping for. We had appetizers - and the green pea soup came out and it was literally four spoonfuls with a giant cut of goat cheese in the plate - - and the green salad was herby and otherwise pretty tasteless. We had two pastas - and they were both the clear highlight of the evening a wild board parpadelle and a lemon asparagus risotto. Then - service fell way off - it took nearly thirty minutes to get our entrees. The seafood stew was bland and watery - and the wagu beef was tender - but everything else on the plate was completely forgettable. Then it took another hour to get to dessert. I wish I was exaggerating - but we felt ignored. When dessert came it was more artistic than it was edible. I'd never had alderwood smoke in a dessert before - and only after he served did the waiter say "wpps - I usually warn people about that." We were at the restaurant for nearly three hours. We had a gift certificate - and were thankful - as it all appeared overrpriced for the portion sizes and nothing like we'd spend for a grand meal and several other local choices. We probably would not choose Quattro again for a special evening out.
Great Sunday Brunch Including Buffet and Entree Selections.
The combination of great food and service at Quattro is nearly unbeatable, and the price is fairly reasonable for what you get. I'm surprised we were able to get a Saturday night reservation on short notice, this must be the best kept restaurant secret in the area. Maybe being inside a hotel with no foot traffic makes it less popular? Regardless, it is one of our new favorites.
The food: we started with salads. I rarely mention salads in restaurant reviews, but my heirloom carrot salad had to be one of the most flavorful and satisfying salads I've ever eaten. And it only got better from there. My bone-in rib eye steak was cooked to succulent perfection, with terrific sauces and vegetable accompaniments to make it a positively glorious entree. My wife had a veggie dish which she also greatly enjoyed.
The service: I told them over the phone it was our anniversary when they asked, and they went above and beyond to make it special, with Happy Anniversary menu lettering, complimentary sparkling wine to start and dessert to finish. And our server was very helpful and detailed with our questions on both the menu and wine selections and helped us pick a great Merlot.
I can't say enough great things about our dining experience. I just hope the word doesn't get out too much and we can keep the secret to ourselves!
We took a former colleague to dinner at Quattro. I go to Quattro regularly for lunch (most recently this past week). The service at lunch was excellent and the hamburger was great. I probably would not go to Quattro for dinner without checking to see whether the restaurant was hosting several large parties. The place was jumping, but the noise level was so high, it made hearing one another quite difficult. The servers, initially overwhelmed, rallied, and as the larger groups dissipated, the service returned to the usually high level which I normally experience. Notwithstanding, the food was excellent and overall experience was very good. I had the lobster tail, and the two ladies had the other fish choices.
I bought two friends to Quattro to celebrate their birthdays. The atmosphere is pleasant, service was good, appetizers just ok, the burrata salad was just a lump of burrata thrown on top of greens... the crab dip that was recommended was disappointing at best. The main courses were just average for the exorbitant price tag over $250 ( including tip) for a simple lunch , for three. This is definitely a restaurant catering only to business expense clients.
Very good food & impressive staff especially Scott, our server, who’s very informative of the menu, and the cocktail server, whom I unfortunately didn’t ask his name, was very helpful as well. It’s my 4th time to come here and my mom’s 1st time to celebrate Mother’s Day and we’re both very well pleased! As always, Quattro lives up to its name!
