Sunday brunch 11:15 reservation. Less than half full restaurant. After seating, server introduced themselves and asked about drinks. We ordered four entrees, two sides, one mimosa said water would be fine for rest of table. 15 minutes pass without water. I wave down another server asking for water. They send a busboy who refills every table except for ours. Our server shows and apologizes for food delay saying the kitchen is backed up because of the busy time. I say Id just be happy with water and my mimosa. Food was okay. Burger was the best. They forgot the two sides. Service lacking. Not a value experience for the price.

Our brunch was extremely disappointing, the service was so slow even after repeatedly asking about status. Wait staff did not have the finesse one would expect from a Four Seasons. Dishes were placed sloppily and noisily on the table. Food was good but we would not go back.

Quattro has a delicious menu but is waayyyy over-priced. I think they hiked up the prices for Mother's Day weekend. i ordered the "Coffee pot" for $12, and they brought me a single cup of coffee. When I asked about the pot, they said this is what it is. However another person in our party ordered the post of coffee later in the meal and they got an entire pot of coffee. And for the price we were paying, the customer service was poor. Servers took a very long time to come to our table to serve us, it was approximately a half hour between ordering drinks, getting them served to us, and then ordering food and getting it served to us. They kept forgetting things we asked for. I had to ask for cream for my coffee 3 times before anyone brought it. The host, however, had very good customer service and was very helpful to us. And the general manager was also very helpful and had great customer service. The good we had was delicious. We had charcuterie, salmon, chicken & waffles and desserts.

Chelle was very prompt and courteous. Eggs Benedict to die for for breakfast. The Fresh squeeze orange juice is very delicious and moderately priced for fresh squeezed juice. The pesto Pasta on the dinner menu is amazing , great flavors. Great service overall. and I love the library that is inside the restaurant, you can read the books there while dining. I started reading “what got you here, won’t get you there” unfortunately I couldn’t finish it with my short trip, so I hope to get back again and finish that book. The spa staff were very hospitable and welcoming. That chocolate nutts mix is delicious. The gym has free weights and fairly new equipments. And the best part is that the pool is heated and the swimming lanes are marked and it open early as early as 530 am. I took a dip and I was very happy that it was warm during the cold weather.” For a Floridian” don’t judge me ;) The Churro desserts at the reception were one of the best I tasted. The FD agent anticipated my need during check out and realised that I need to itemised receipts so she attached them with the check out invoice, that was a nice touch anticipating my need without me asking. This hotel is doing it right, way to go team . A class act the entire stay. Wish it was longer. Till another stay. Peace out.

When we booked - it said there will be live music but live music will not start till next month staff told us when we got there which we wish we knew bc we were looking for something lively! Food was great and customer services was great as per usual! It was about $100ish dollars per person and me and the girls loved it just wish we didn’t have expectations for it to be more of a livelier soot but this is perfect if you are looking for something quiet and intimate ( this time of the year) I assume summer will be more full.

Food very competent, service attentive but very inexperienced, wine list utterly bizarre: left column had bin numbers mostly, but vintage occasionally. A 20+ page wine list, with ~90 of the wines having no vintage listed. In visits to 54 countries, I have never seen this.

Advertised as a garden brunch experience it did not feel like that at all. There were a ton of tables and we were sat directly behind a baby shower with guests getting up and down and moving around. They advertise a $75 pp brunch but look close as it is just a prix fixe with very few choices. Also nothing felt garden about it. Service was really avg, kind of surprised for a four seasons restaurant. Our server was nice enough but totally disappeared toward the end of the meal and it was challenging to get our check. Also I made a note that it was my husbands birthday celebration and it was never mentioned. For the price point there are just so many better places for brunch.

Lovely dinner - a menu with something for everyone including lots of delicious veggie share plates. Everything well-executed including the Branzino, which was juicy and tender with a perfect crispy skin.

My family attended the Easter Brunch and we were very disappointed. The decoration was very nice, but other than that this experience was not worth attending. I would go as far to say that this was one of the worst dining experiences we've attended. The buffet selection was very small, but most importantly not good at all. The shrimp wasn't fresh, the salads were just ok, the pork belly was awful (partially raw). The entrees were not good - lukewarm and not tasty. At this point we were looking forward to the beautifully decorated desert buffet. However, this too, was a huge disappointment. Little beautiful cakes, without flavor. So sad! We will never go back and do not recommend!

Our family of six joined for Easter Brunch. I do not recommend Quattro for holiday gatherings. Quattro has good ambiance but does not have the experience to manage a holiday service. In specific: - Seated in the entryway hallway with very little room for passerby - Event stations (like photo station) obstructed the main walkway - Menu consisted of a buffet with entree selection - Buffet was good, entrees arrived cold - Very few servers, too many event people - Service was therefore slow I recommend the Ritz-Carlton, Half Moon Bay which offers a much better experience at only slightly more cost.

We were seated right away and the table chosen was awesome. Next to window in the corner at the back. It was slow at lunch hour so pretty quiet. Hostess came right away and provided great service. I always enjoy the food; though, a bit pricey, but considering everything, this is our norm now. I would come back every day if someone treats me!

Cocktails were plain, not what we were expecting for a high end location. The ribeye we ordered didn’t have the Wow factor but we were happy with the cook kale, mashed potatoes 👎🏾, the same with the salad we ordered 👎🏾 The dish that made the difference and the only one that we enjoyed was the pasta ( rigatoni with meat) We also order the beef tartar….it was Ok Not really sure why the restaurant shows 4 stars ?! That’s the only reason why we went, but I got a bad feeling when I saw about 85% of the tables empty, at first, I want to believe that was the weather but after we finish our meal, I understood why. Definitely not a place if you really love Italian food or even to enjoy a good meal but a place you can eat if you are I guess in the hotel and you don’t want to go out or by accident like we did.

Not worth the money! A very overpriced brunch with nothing special. We were looking for a special brunch experience and we were disappointed. I wouldn't recommend it.

Wonderful restaurant and a great place for a professional meeting. Fast, free Wifi, delicious, hot food, and impeccable service. I hope you are fortunate to be served by Arturo Morales, who is an incredible server, very intuitive, and knows what you want before you do. Love this place. All staff members are friendly and the ambiance is beautiful.
