We thought the food was not worth the price. The service was excellent but then again it is located in Four Seasons so you expect that.
We went here for Valentines dinner. It was a set 6 course dinner menu for $220 per person... wine NOT included.
First course was an OK little ball of four gras. Then we had a very pretty small salad. Third course was an over cooked shrimp wrapped in prosciutto. Fourth course a small serving of beet tasting pasta. It was OK too. We chose Halibut as our main course which was served over a broth with different mushrooms. That was probably the best of all the courses. My dessert was a mascarpone ... something. It was a tasteless disc of too gelatinous mascarpone. The waitress did offer to serve me the chocolate dessert that my husband had chosen but it was just OK so I opted out of dessert all together.
All in all the dinner for what is what was a total rip-off. Staff was friendly and efficient... almost too efficient. At one point they were removing the plate from one course with one hand while literally serving your main course with the other hand. So my husband had his dirty fourth plate in front of him while the waitress put my main course in front of me. We had to ask to have our water glass filled. Staff just seemed overwhelmed. But that was that.
Final bill with tip ran in just around $650 including a not too expensive white wine. It was really way too expensive for what it was.
Had never been there but heard good things. Went for Valentines Day. Didn’t meet our expectations. The venue is gorgeous, the service good, but the food was not up to our standards for a restaurant in that price range. The presentation of the food was outstanding and we applaud the use of local fresh food. However, the pears in the salad and the plums in the pork belly main were tasteless and unripe. The deserts were the best part of the meal but the Buddha hand was a bit overpowering.
Never going there again. Management staff is clueless and the front desk lady is extremely rude. These guys dont deserve to work at such a premier place
Four of us went for Sunday brunch. The environment was noisy and chaotic, the service was spotty, and the food was mediocre. For $45/head for an ordinary entree, a meager buffet of cold cuts and mini desserts, and one glass of Prosecco, it was a lousy value as well. (And regular black coffee was $8 per person extra, which is outrageous!) The acoustics in the restaurant are terrible, and overall the experience was like eating in a cafeteria. We would not return.
We have been dining at Quattro for years. This time, the quality of the cuisine had changed -- and not for the better. The ambiance and the service were the same but this time we were very disappointed with food -- from the salads to the main courses to the desserts. Based upon our previous experiences there, our expectations were pretty high, but we came away disappointed. Have they brought on a new Chef? It seems likely. Nothing we ordered during this visit compared to previous dining experiences there.
Very good food . Excellent service.
Service we were ver hsppy .
Met some clients for a business lunch. We had impeccable service and the food was delicious. Will certainly be back.
Excellent service. They remembered anniversary and had it printed in menu. And brought out dessert for it. Nice and wonderful
My wife and I had such a wonderful experience. Being vegetarian, our options can be a bit limited but we had many dishes to choose from and they all very good.
Hishem our server was so kind and helpful as he explained what our options were on and off the menu.
The food was beyond our expectations. We felt like we were back in Italy tasting the rich flavors! Overall great experience! We will definitely be back!
I always enjoy the ambiance, the service is elegant and food is creative and sophisticated. Beautiful light streams in from everywhere morning thru sunset! I love this restaurant. This is a great place to meet colleagues for business or a special someone for a special occasion. Relax and enjoy a well priced meal of exquisite taste!
Amazing staff and amazing service, the type that checks in on you just enough but not so much it’s intrusive. Waiter was extremely knowledgeable of the dinner and wine menu, and made some remarkable recommendations.
They have a very extensive wine list for you to choose from. They bring you an iPad to browse through their wines which is amazing because not only are you seeing what types of wines they have but you can read the details and recommended pairings as well.
Their dinner entree, the bone-in ribeye was just absolutely delicious.
Overall very wonderful experience.
Superb cuisine, awesome presentation but not pretentious as these kinds of places tend to be. Very creative desserts. Solid execution and no BS.
Christmas menu dessert bar was the best!
The Christmas special main menu was gorgeous but dessert was a bit unsatisfied. Staff and service was super kind. Deco and overall mood was really great. I think this place is perfect place for anniversary or Christmas.
Expected a lot more. Super expensive, bad food, but good deserts. Not what I was hoping for Christmas
What a great upscale hotel and restaurant but at the same time it feels so comfortable and relaxed. Very welcoming. Whether you’re dining alone, with family, a business lunch or a special group celebration - this hotel feels right for just about anyone. And no hotel/restaurant, on this level of service, pulls any of that off better then this 4 Seasons in Palo Alto, CA. Would I go back? You better believe it.
Great food on Christmas Day. Service was not to the level expected at a Four Seasons Hotel.
It is far from the service and ambiance of Village Pub level. It is rather casual, and food was very mediocre. I am not talking about the service at the table, but the coat check is not there, napkin is not folded when we come back from the bathroom etc to the details. We had a pre fix of Christmas eve dinner of for $145pp, and I think chef can do a lot better than the quality of dishes we get in this Bay area.
Virtually empty. Great hotel; however, zero ambience.
This was our annual Christmas lunch. The atmosphere was very nice as was the setting. Service was pretty poor. Food selection (was a buffet) was ok but not worth the cost of the meal.
I paid over $500 for thanks giving dinner which was over paid for a simple food, I had thanksgiving dinner at LA for season you can even compare,
You guys need lots of improvement for next year,
The Start, Entrees & Dessert buffet were excellent. The Thanksgiving Feast was as tasty as it looked. Visually very, very appealing. Dessert buffet’s originality was great.
Pricey but it was Thanksgiving. Excellent service.
Very Enjoyable !
For Thanksgiving I didn’t think the food was that tasty. I had the squash for appetizer and there was absolutely nothing to it it was just cooked squash the best thing was the cauliflower next to it. The turkey was delicious the stuffing was bazaar it had something crunchy on top. Overall I probably wouldn’t come back for Thanksgiving I didn’t think it was a good value or the food was a credibly tasty for that money. I love the restaurant in general however
Great service. Had the power lunch for $35 - included salad, soup, main course and dessert.
Had a great birthday, food is excellent, service is amazing, definitely will come back for another date night.
The branzino was outstanding. The amatriciana was not. Desserts were not memorable. Quite pricey.
Excellent, fantastic, great, deliciously!!!
I met two business contacts at Quattro for lunch. The service was excellent. We all chose the salmon, which was very good. Quattro continues to be my go-to spot for a business lunch.
Hostess came over and aggressive interrupted a private and important conversation to ask about our meal. Totally inappropriate and showed zero emotional intelligence.
Never interrupt patrons who are having an intense discussion.
Otherwise it was good but far too noisy.
Great Ambiance. Service was outstanding. Food is excellent. Thank you Quattro we all had a great time.
Fine selection of meals , and unique taste . Compliments for deserts and plates creativity . Service was good
Nothing innovative, but good execution, high prices, and $50 a bottle corkage? That's just plain greedy because you have a very sucky wine list.
We were using Groupon Voucher for the dinner. The voucher allowed us to order 3 appetizers/small plates, 2 entrees and 1 dessert. We ordered Prosciutto, Duck Confit Salad, Risotto for appetizers/small, Wagyu Tenderloin and Lobster Tail for entrees and Endless Summer for dessert.
Overall the food tasted very good and were plated nicely. All dishes came with a good portion. You would feel satisfy after the meal.
Duck Confit Salad was little bit salty.
Dessert Endless Summer was Okay. Rose flavor sorbet was overpower. Grilled apricot was tough. Plate presentation was nice.
very good service but food was not worth it. we had a celebration so we had fun but ambience was not worthy of a four seasons
We had a wonderful waiter very kind and accommodating. Gave my friend just exactly what she wanted. Service was very good not rushed just let us have a delightful brunch. Overall a very good experience also loved the food.
Every dish was DELICIOUS! Outstanding service!!! Will definitely be back...
The food and atmosphere were wonderful. The service was exceptional.
Waiter knew nothing about it.
Had to explain what it is multiple times...
AMAZEBALLS! AMAZING! Service on point, Food was excellent!
