Food is good
waiter was attentive and food was good. would recommend.
Great spot for a business lunch. We sat outside, tables are well spaced. Good food and service. Easy to get a reservation.
Amazing Food! Amazing Service! I've yet to find a better fine-dining restaurant in the Peninsula.
We love this restaurant and we were celebrating our anniversary. You can’t go wrong with anything you order. I ordered the Branzino fish and my husband ordered the filet both excellent choices. Service was awesome as always!!
Staff were accommodating as we decided to invite our friends that works next door to join us for dinner. The tables were very close to each other so you could really hear the people seated at the other table. The food was perfect and wine was perfect! We were celebrating our 29th wedding anniversary and how I wish that our dessert would at least decorated with an anniversary writing or maybe a candle, a bit disappointing but that’s okay. I guess the staff did not see my special request, no big deal.
We prefer eating outside. I can be very windy and cool there in the evening. Although they have fire pits at the table outside, they also need standing heaters in the evening to keep customers warm enough.
We enjoyed a nice quiet and delicious Sunday lunch at Quattro.
Nice menu, food and service but indoor atmosphere not very appealing. Should be softened with plants or flowers.
The menu selection is very limited. Appetizer & Entree selections could use more choices.
I came in during the in between lunch and dinner period. I was the only one in dining room (I am sure because of diners Covid19 concerns.)
The service was impeccable as was the food.
Overall was good but may a staff shortage that we need to find a helper to ask to bring things to my table. But very nice staff once they have time to attend to our table.
Went for Sunday brunch, and would like to share some observations with management. Manager didn't come by to check on us, otherwise I would have shared this directly: (1) the pancakes were so dry that they were inedible, (2) the three individual jars of jam and marmalade had an expiry date of January 2021, and (3) my breakfast sandwich of egg, cheese and ham did not have the cheese. The Four Seasons is known for its attention to detail, so I don't view this as a reflection on the hotel or the restaurant in general, rather I think the Sunday breakfast crew might be understaffed (sending very expired products to the table, even if new and unopened, is not a good look).
Overall good. Fish was very good but the side salad was over salted. Good and friendly service.
Food is solid but unimaginative . The menu is still very limited.
Would love a larger selection of appetizers - it’s just a cheese/charcuterie platter or flat bread.
Same with entrees: not enough choice, and the choices are too pedestrian, nothing like the old boar Ragu .
I have cooked every single dish myself at home (disclosure: I do have a pizza oven). Quattro is a lovely, quiet restaurant with excellent service, but it is yet to make a post-pandemic comeback
I will go here again.
Service was absurdly slow — even drinks took forever. Menu was greatly reduced. Utterly disappointing, will never eat here again.
Water feature and food was excellent.
There was no soft or any kind of music, with just 2 tables occupied in the entire place the service was slow. Each time the servers apologized on delays. Pizza seemed soggy couldn’t eat more than 2 slices. Would not recommend to anyone. As a four seasons brand and having stayed in many I was very let down.
Delicious salmon and salad. Calvin was amazing!!
No brunch menue yet. But food as awesome and delightful as it was!!!
Overpriced mediocre food. The salad was over-seasoned... so much vinegar...
It was pricy for the taste of the food. The quality was good, reception and hospitality was poor.
My BF and I had a wonderful experience! The food, cocktails, and dessert was delicious! The moment we stepped inside, we were greeted along with the staff! Our waiter was very attentive and friendly. Overall, the experience left us in a good note. We will be back ;)
We had dinner at Quattro yesterday. Service was great and food tasted good at that time. However when we reached home, both i and my wife had severe burning and stomach ache which lasted well into next day. We ordered the following:
Mushroom pasta - appetizer size
salmon and branzino
We had a good time at the restaurant but the heartburns and stomach ache soon after the dinner made us realize that food was off and we are now scared to dine here again.
First time back since pandemic. And while I’m generally super forgiving on compromises the restaurant world is experiencing on the return to normal, I expected SO much more on my visit yesterday.
Menu is typically very imaginative with impressive plays on traditional Italian classics. But my gosh… the menu was very blah and average, which resembled more of an Italian tavola calda.
And the service was friendly and enthusiastic, I could not forgive the fact that the waiter did know the origins of an affogato (espresso poured over vanilla ice cream).
The food was not comparable to other Four Season Restaurants. It was windy amd although they had a fire pit, it would have been nice to have heaters which they had further off. Overall, did not meet expectations for the $$$$ spent.
Great weekend lunch spot on a quiet afternoon. The wine list is great.
The restaurant follows strict covid protocols on entering the hotel building. The staff keep their masks on to show respect to customers even though they are fully vaccinated. The staff at hotel lobby, at restaurant reception are very professional. Our server Calvin is very good. When I ordered a starter salad without noticing that my branzino entry includes a salad already, he politely described that to me.
The wine list is extensive. The menu is currently reduced but adequate to cover a range of choices, as the restaurant is not open to full capacity yet under California state regulations on covid. We had a bottle of Chateau Montelena chardonnay, that was superb. The arugula salad, tomato and wild mushroom soup were very good to start with. The house made pasta entry was make andante, to perfection with black mushrooms. The branzino fish was presented with skin on that is very easy to handle and tasted very good.
The overall experience is as good as before the covid times. I highly recommend Quattro.
Nice ambiance and food was fine, nothing special. Service was fair at best. Probably wouldn’t go back.
Limited service due to Covid
Wayyyy overpriced for what you get. Perhaps trying to recoup lost money during the close but just disappointing.
Amazing service, amazing food! Still the same amazing restaurant even during covid precautions.
Very limited menu, but good overall. Service was good. Very quiet / very few customers due to COVID.
This is a nice find. I’ve been to a few four seasons I tropical resort destinations. This is entirely different of course. Feels appropriately hi tech. Not much nearby for the exterior setting. Inside the staff was highly attentive, the food was very good and the atmosphere was extremely pleasant. A lovely hideaway.
It was very good. Bit slow service but the food was really good
We booked an outdoor table, but that wasn't acknowledged when we arrived, and they attempted to seat us inside. They did a good job accommodating us by opening up a table outside with heaters, but not until we offered to leave if there were no outdoor options.
The QR code menus are only partially functional, and we could not view wines by the glass. The host offered to suggest a wine for us, and we didn't find out until later (when the check came) that his suggestion would cost us $117 for two glasses, accounting for the majority of our bill.
We live less than a mile away and had a wonderful time dining here previously. But now there is no way we will ever return.
only 9 items on menu, food mediocre, you sit in the hallway rather than the main restaurant. best to visit when pandemic is over
