The greet and wait staff really know how to deliver a memorable dining experience. Attentive, knowledgeable, and possessed a style to make one feel special. For example, my wife was late; however, instead of frustration from the greater, I was escorted to the bar, introduced to bartender, told to have a drink and enjoy and our table would be ready when we are. Upon arrival, my wife was escorted to my side and offered a drink. The waitress assisted with the wine selection (did a very good job) and explained food preparation techniques that help us choose the perfect dish to our taste / expectations. Nice job!
The best lasagna and bread. Enjoyed the quiet lunch with my clients.
Overall very good food. We shared the veal parmigiana with arugula salad and grilled asparagus. It was very well done. Wine list was good as well. Great, friendly service. We had an early dinner at 6 pm on a Saturday. The place was very quiet. I would recommend it for Italian food, but likely will not go back. We decided to try it since we were staying at the hotel. Too many other good restaurants in Houston.
Great food, service and overall dining experience. Great value as well.
The service from all the staff was exceptional! The food for a buffet was more than acceptable.
Outstanding variety of dishes. The service is very good.
I’ve been there about 2 years ago but the price was $55 now it went up $75 .i didn’t realize it but it worth it- my family loved it.
Had a wonderful birthday lunch for a 6 yr old complete with a delicious chocolate cake with sprinkles and candles. Everyone left with warm and delicious memories
Our server, Sapko, is a first class professional with an incredibly likable and genuine personality. He is quick witted and has a great sense of humor. He has an innate ability to read his customers and his suggestions are spot on. Apparently he is approaching his second decade at Quattro. Should you choose Quattro for your next occasion, ask for Sapko. You’ll be happy you did.
I had the Chef's Specialty - Lasagne, and it was the worst I have ever had.
The grilled octopus was perfect, super tender and flavorful.
Highly recommend the lobster fettuccine if it’s on menue when you go.
Everything was amazing! We were celebrating my husband's birthday and our wedding anniversary! The staff was amazing, they knew our names and what we were celebrating. They took time to give us a tour of brunch! Continue to check and make sure we doing great! Each food station was amazing! The food was awesome! I love this place!
Hostesses were very personable and friendly!
The pasta station workers (guy and girl) were pleasant! My pasta selection was amazing! Pesto fettuccine pasta with shrimp, yummy!!
That brunch is pricey but I love it!
service and food was great. We had a business lunch and the noise level was low so we were about to talk and carry on a conversation.
Absolutely fantastic. The food and how it was laid out was beyond belief. I would give it 10 stars if I could.
Excellent service and wide variety of breakfast and lunch foods. Valet parking is also complimentary with brunch.
We love Quattro for the food, the ambiance but most of all for the impeccable service. Our favorite waiter is Sapko who always makes our meals very special. This is our favorite restaurant for special occasions and sometimes just for dinner. The food is always delicious and each time the menu has surprising dishes with interesting ingredients. The chef makes the presentation of the food a joy to behold. We are big fans and would eat here every night if our budget allowed.
We love the food and the excellent service. We love Sapko. He is really cares and makes the experience wonderful. He did not get to serve us this time. However, he stopped by to say hello and offer his assistance. That meant a lot and will be back for sure.
The service was slow and the food was a bit overpriced.
One of our favorites downtown as lunch be the food, service and atmosphere. My husband and I each ordered the power lunch. The pasta bolognese and the salmon entrees were delicious and well-presented. The flourless chocolate cake and tiramisu were both wonderful. The service was friendly and efficient. We will be back!
A fresh, creative and delicious meal from the appetizer right through dessert. One of the better Italian dining experiences of late.
Have always enjoyed Quattro's Sunday Brunch. Has been a while since we've been, but the food is till wonderful and they've added some new options. The new dessert bar is fabulous! Will definitely return.
Excellent Italian. Everything freshly made and superb service.
We were staying at the hotel and quiet honestly only booked because it was night before Houston Marathon and wanted something close, functional but got a lot more.. No issue endorsing Quattro as a great dining venue.
Went for dinner. Ordered pasta and it was just ok, other people with me at the table found it poorly cooked. dessert which was tiramisu was the high note. Ambiance is poor, and service, although not bad, was not what I expected for a restaurant at the four seasons hotel. Won't go back.
Not close to our expectations of a Four Seasons restaurant.
Great place for lunch.
Wonderful place to have a getaway. Staff is so friendly and food is excellent.
We love this brunch! The food is always a fun surprise. We love the salads and free flow mimosas.
This is simply the best brunch buffet I've ever experienced. Every aspect is superior-- the food, the service, the ambiance. The crepe bar was incredible. Every piece of fruit was absolutely fresh and delicious. Every slice of bacon was perfect. The pasta bar was to die for. Every staff member greets you with a smile. This isn't cheap, but it's worth every penny. Nothing falls short.
We had a delightful Christmas dinner with very nice live music. The service was very friendly and efficient. While it was a set menu for the evening, the food was delicious and perfectly prepared. It would have been nice to have some other choices, but we thoroughly enjoyed every bite!
We have been going to the restaurant's Christmas brunch for many years and it has been pretty consistent in terms of the quality of the food. This year, however, some of the dishes were not so great-especially the Eggs Benedict. They had chorizo in place of Canadian bacon and red pepper mixed in with the hollandaise sauce. I personally do not like this style but tried them anyhow. To my surprise, they were ice cold. Other foods were not as warm as I prefer them either. The shrimp and crab claws were great as always and the deserts, pretty but not always real tasty. Overall, it is a nice buffet but very pricey at $95 a head.
A beautiful and delicious Christmas brunch!! The staff was phenomenal
Cena super agradable. La comida buenísima, muy atento el servicio y buena vista.
Great wine list, the octopus salad was amazing and my ravioli was incredible. Tangerine was our server and she was great!
Annual Christmas gift exchange with my sisters. We made a great selection. Staff was great especually our waitor, he went over and beyond.
I expected much better quality of food - more real Italian as they claim. Bread and butter do hit the mark, tehy are excellent. While food is average, it's priced as if it was truly outstanding Italian cuisine. Service on the other hand, was very good. Ambiance of Quattro is definitely lacking. I recommend you go the Vinoteca, the bar next to Quattro - that's an outstanding value!
Very good and attentive staff. Excellent food! Can’t wait to go again.
Went for a birthday celebration for Sunday brunch. Will definitely be back again soon. It was a treasure!
$65 dollars for parents and $45 for each child. Advertisement stated children under 5 were free, I told the waiter this, he spoke with his manager and I was told this is only for the real brunch on Sundays. The crafts were great but my kids left hungry! I paid $187 here and immediately left and went to McDonald’s. That’s insane. Kids don’t want cucumber sandwiches. The first year we started coming to the event, they had mini pizzas, fries, chicken fingers, and mini sliders, that makes sense. This did not and I was very disappointed. I love this little tradition we had but it’s not making sense to me anymore. Also,in years pass, mimosas have been complimentary I mean why not we pay more than the kids and get absolutely nothing extra! I asked for a second and was told I would be charged after the first, uh, ok. Please get it together people.
