Nothing special. Having pub in the name would have you believe there was a good beer selection. Very poor selection, small menu, mediocre food.
Christina was great server. Food & wine excellent. I will definitely return.
Excellent service. Fish & chips, burgers, stroganoff all excellent! We’ll be back.
Arrived an hour early and was still seated. Had a lovely Valentine’s Day dinner. Love love love this place.
Food is excellent. Here for Valentines Day. Wish the menu had just a few more options though and an inspired dish for the holiday or a special champagne treat etc. Our waiter was not particularly friendly and didn’t seem knowledgeable about the dishes. We had a few questions about how two dishes were prepared. We’ve been here before though and other waitstaff were super nice. Overall we enjoy Pub 32 and will go back. Nice local Pub!
This is one of my favorite places to go in Mission Viejo. The food is amazing and service is excellent!!!
A tad noisy when you are seated due to the close proximity to the bar and open floor plan but overall our experience was great
Waitress’ service and demeanor lacking professionalism. Profoundly inattentive.
The food was very expensive and the quality and taste was average at best. There are many better places for this type of food at a better price option
The service was outstanding - friendly and attentive. The food went way beyond gastropub expectations.
Food was really good
Server very attentive and friendly. The fish & chips were awesome.
Fantastic place, great food and wonderful service. The decor is very rustic and very cool inside but we sat on the patio which was under construction ( hence the lower rating for ambience) can’t wait to go back when it’s renovated outside!
Great minimalist menu. Food was great and service too. We’ll be back.
We had a great time. Food was outstanding and our server was friendly and polite. He did seem like he was new-ish and was still learning the flow of things. I was a little disappointed that the session that was on tap was out, but the Peach mule was outstanding. Keep up the good work!
First time here for Sunday brunch and we had a great time. Good food and mimosas!
Such a great place for a date having, dinner with the family, special occasion, a drink with the girls or grabbing a beer with the boys. Pub Thirty-Two is the best pub in Orange County. The flavors are always on point and the plating is something you wont want to disrupt when your food arrives. My wife and I have been here too many times to count. One week I am pretty sure we came on 5 separate occasions. Just couldn’t get enough!
I always recommend the specials if you like to wing it and trust the chef. They never disappoint!
Their Pub Hash that is offered up on Sunday Brunch is out of this world. We’ve recently tried the brunch and have gone back the last 2 weeks!
I cant speak highly enough. The owner truly takes pride in this restaurant and the food.. what are you waiting for?! Go!!!
It must have been our server's first day. He didn't know the answers to any of our simple questions regarding the beer/wine or food menu and had to go ask someone else each time. When I asked if they had Hefeweisen, he didn't know but did come back with two wheat ales for me to taste. When I showed him the one I preferred, he couldn't remember what he had brought me.
The house salad's "cider" dressing was all vinegar and there was too much of it, otherwise the salad had great ingredients. Lighten up or change the dressing and it would be good.
The fish and chips was TOO greasy.
Food is pretty good here, but the service was awful. Complained to the owner and basically he told us that the waitress needed "more training". Won't go back.
Went on a Sunday evening, slow night. We sat on the back patio, it was warm out, so this was a nice option. We had the burger and fries - very tasty. The restaurant is very nice and I would definitely suggest it to a friend to try out. Love the concept wish more restaurants like this would open in South OC - seems like the large disgusting commercial crap does better (like Chili's, etc...) too bad. Anyway very cool spot, def. try it out.
Great pub food here and more. Seasonal menu - mushroom fries are a must (not on the menu at this time); burgers are killer, Fish and Chips excellent. I have been coming here for two years and have not had a bad meal yet. Service impeccable, cheerful and attentive. The owner is frequently present and is dedicated to a lovely dining experience. You cannot go wrong. This time out we had Noel's Burger and fries - literally cannot get your mouth around the large brioche bun - meat done exactly as ordered - just delicious.
We enjoyed the roasted cauliflower and cheese plate. The ambiance is nice and the outside patio has misters!
Excellent Food, Great Service. A neighborhood feel, with quality food.
From ownership to staff, I have nothing but kind words about the whole team.
Great staff. My steak was overly salty but it was quickly fixed due to attentive staff. My husband ordered the burger and it was amazing. Manager came around several times checking to make sure we were happy. Would definitely return.
The quality of the meals were not up to their normal
Standard. Typically it is great food but we ate around 530pm and almost every plate with the exception of the appetisers had an issue. Sad we like the people and the environment but this was a let down today.
Tried a new place and enjoyed
Service was great
Yummy food- service was great, will go back. Sat on patio which was nice for the evening, inside looked cozy too.
Got together for a combinations Father's Day/graduation celebration - the whole experience was incredible. From the service to the food, everything was just phenomenal. We all had a blast and time flew! Thanks for the great night!
Great time, however, I felt tension when the owner showed up. He seemed to be giving the workers a difficult time about something. Couldn't hear anything but body expressions say a lot.
Awesome! Food was fabulous. Authentic Irish fare with a twist. Best steak I've had in a long time. Attention to detail, friendly knowledgeable servers. Low key fun live music and nice bar area and patio seating. A gem. So nice to see something unique in our area!
Food is outstanding - bruschetta, lamb burger, a perfectly drawn pint of Guinness - topped off by raspberry fritters for dessert! Service is excellent - staff is attentive, friendly, helpful, and provides good advice on menu items. Outdoor patios are dog friendly and well fenced off if dogs aren't your style. HIGHLY recommend Pub 32 for all of this at a reasonable price for such fine food!
First visit to Pub32 and it was fantastic! Great selection of beers and interesting variables on Pub Food. Burgers were first rate as were the Brussel Sprouts and Bruschetta starters. Service was professional, yet comfortably casual. We'll be back!
Great menu full of innovative dishes that are fresh takes on some of your favs. You can always count on them having a few dishes you've never heard of before - but are well worth trying without regret. We've gone for dinner several times and drinks with friends, but brunch here is always a good bet. And you can't beat the endless mimosas!
This local secret spot always is great. The specials are consistently exceptional
Neighborhood gem, great watering hole, music, gourmet touch to food, we'll be back
This was our third time to Pub 32 and we were not disappointed. The service was great. The bus boy John was funny and fabulous bringing my daughter a new fork instantly when she dropped it (twice!). Portobello fries and HUGE chicken drumsticks were our favorite apps. Try the Yeti beer.
Really good food: great service.
Drink menu and bar are good. Was disappointed with the dishes we ordered. Fish and chips - breading was soggy and greasy, fish was not firm but mushy, chips were fresh and tasty but again soggy. Shishito peppers were good. English corn dogs were different using beer batter instead of corn meal but again the breeding was soggy and greasy.
I'm not a fan of places that state no substitutions permitted on the menu. Particularly when that place offers a fairly limited menu. We had the cauliflower which was excellent; brussels sprouts which were really good but then we both just had salads for entrées because we are trying to avoid gluten / starch and eat only meat & veggies and there wasn't any options that fit that bill.
I have been to Pub Thirty Two several times, the food is generally very good. Problem with this visit is we took out of town business associated here for brunch...problem no brunch menu. What we were offered was the happy hour menu. Not the best. Also, there is an expectation at a brunch that the restaurant would the lively, not so, could have shot a cannon thru there.
