   The food was amazing but our server Melanie was terrible. This other guy ended up giving us better service than she did. We didn’t want to leave too but still did even though she wasn’t great.

   Great experience, as always. The Maria cookie that came with the coffee I ordered was very thoughtful!!

   Food is slowly declining. Margaritas used be one of the best in town, now they lack flavor. Still a beautiful place to eat outside. Inside is darker than it used to be so not recommended.

   The weather was perfect so being outside was a treat. The food was delicious, well-presented and the servers were great. Good time!

   Great food. Different than others places we've been to in San Antonio. Gets crowded fast, but served quickly. Loved the pollo milanesa and chips.

   Excellent food and relaxing outdoor seating. Very good spicy, cucumber margaritas ! Would return and recommend.

   La Fonda is the go to restaurant when my mom comes to visit. It’s her only request! As usual it was perfect. The courtyard is the perfect ambiance, the service is always spot on and the food could not be any better!!!

   Loved our dinner on the patio! Food and drink were delicious, service was excellent, and even our dogs enjoyed their time. A definite stop on our next trip to SA.

   Just on the food quality, temperature, taste alone it is the best Tex-Mex we have ever eaten. We have traveled all around the world and the food was easily the best Mexican restaurant we have experienced. We were seated outdoors without a fly fan (no above fans were blowing either) and within minutes we had multiple mosquito bites so we asked to be changed to indoors which the hostess gladly did for us, unfortunately we were seated across from the bartender who makes the drinks for patrons at tables ( not a bar) and the commotion from all the waitstaff talking and getting their patrons drinks was loud and the floor rumbled beneath our feet from the amount of foot traffic right beside us, so again we asked to be moved to a very small table for 2 away from the main thoroughfares. After this change everything was great! I believe they need a mosquito service. The outside has a quaint ambiance which we would have liked except the flies and mosquitoes. Food and service was great!

    We loved all the brunch recommendations our server JR had for us! We fully enjoyed it. The patio seating was a delight too in such a gorgeous day! Would definitely come back!
