Oceanaire Seafood Room - Baltimore
The Oceanaire Seafood Room- Baltimore is located in Harbor East, one of Baltimore’s newest and most exciting neighbor hoods. Nestled just beyond the east wall of Baltimore’s famous Inner Harbor, The Oceanaire is centered around several luxurious waterfront condominiums and hotels. Our 8,000 square foot restaurant is housed just below Spinnaker bay and features private and semi- private dining spaces. Hosting a private event for up to 275 guests throughout the entire restaurant gives you and your guests’ exclusive access to the entire space, allowing for a vast array of possibilities to create an unforgettable evening. The Oceanaire has two fully private dining rooms that will seat up to 24 guests, the Amberjack Lounge a semi private dining space for up to 40 guests seated and the Captains table for groups of 8-12.

Mahi Room

The fully private dining room will seat 24 guests comfortably. The Mahi room boasts a wall of wine featuring notable wines from around the world. Two Wooden doors pull shut to create a complete four wall enclosure, this is ideal for pharmaceutical dinners and private business meetings.
Barracuda Room

In need of a fully private dining room? The Barracuda Room is perfect for small business meetings or family celebrations. This fully private dining space will seat up to 24 guests. Giving a presentation? The Barracuda Room will seat 20 guests comfortably with room for the complimentary projection screen.
Amberjack Lounge

The Amberjack cocktail lounge is a semi private dining space that will seat 40 guests comfortably for dinner, or up to 80 guests standing for a cocktail event. The Amberjack lounge is located near the bar and is ideal for rehearsal dinners and corporate cocktail parties.
Oyster Bar (Semi-Private)
Open access to the raw bar and wrap around seating gives the guests another option for a small intimate area to host modest staff happy hours or an informal holiday get together.
Captain's Table

Located in the center of the restaurant, this large round table is perfect for intimate business meetings or celebratory occasions. The semi private space seats between 8-12 guests comfortably. The captain’s table offers the feel of exclusivity with a sheer pull around curtain for added privacy.
