Perched atop the 15th floor of The Kimpton Gray Hotel, Boleo celebrates the lifestyle and high energy of South America with a modern take on traditional Peruvian and Argentinean fare. The rooftop restaurant and lounge showcases vibrant South American inspired dishes from Chef de Cuisine, Franklin Perdue along with a spirited cocktail program led by head bartender Sam Garcia. Encompassing more than 4,000 square feet, Boleo opens up to a lively 165 seated bar and dining area, as well as Esperanza, the rooftop's private dining room, all of which are housed under a massive open-air, retractable glass roof allowing guests to enjoy the rooftop feeling year-round. Under the open sky, guests are invited to enjoy the food and beverage program steeped with authentic Latin flavors while listening to the seductive, worldly beats of live music.
