Vines Cafe is located next door to Dawson's in the Hyatt. Vines has recently been remodeled and now has a warm and inviting look. We offer private seating up to 20 guests in the back section of the restaurant. For semi-private we do offer seating in the front of Vines or the back section of Dawson's up to 40 people. We offer prix fixe menus ranging from $60-$200 a person. All of our limited menus offer customization to the groups taste and price point.
