Our private/semi-private upper area of Dawson's restaurant can be curtained off and accommodates up to 14 guests comfortably.

Vines Cafe is located next door to Dawson's in the Hyatt. Vines has recently been remodeled and now has a warm and inviting look. We offer private seating up to 20 guests in the back section of the restaurant. For semi-private we do offer seating in the front of Vines or the back section of Dawson's up to 40 people. We offer prix fixe menus ranging from $60-$150 a person. All of our limited menus offer customization to the groups taste and price point.
