The Lodge Event Center

The Event Center at Dancing Bear Lodge is in the Bistro and seats up to 75 guests, with impressive vaulted ceilings, and a stone stacked wood burning fireplace (available seasonally). This space is tastefully decorated in natural shades to enhance any celebration's theme. Seating arrangements include round or banquet tables, premium padded chairs, and your choice of linen colors. The Event Center is adjacent to the new landing pavilion, the open patio and fire pit, and is available year-round.
The Landing

Built in 2017, this open air, scissor trussed pavilion seats up to 75 for dining under cover, 125 guests seated for a ceremony, or ample space for cocktails and dancing. Stately barnwood doors are featured décor, with matte black and glass chandeliers and scone pillar lighting fixtures that accent the Landing day or night. The ambiance, along with beautiful views of the Event Lawn, tree lines and seasonal foliage, it’s the picture perfect versatile space for any part of your event.
