This exclusive room is our private dining pièce de resistance at Water Grill. Being on the first level, this space can be as private or visible as you'd like. The Caesar is our most intimate room with close proximity to our exhibition kitchen and live salt water tanks. This setting is a perfect space to host events -- from business meetings and dinners, to receptions and celebrations. Featuring a King table, this room offers a space built for an emperor.

We offer a wide variety of setups (rounds, banquet, boardroom) and lounge space just outside allows for additional flexibility. This room is favored by pharmaceutical events!

The most exclusive seat in the house. Your Guests will have premium access to our live tanks, and be fully immersed in the energy of the restaurant.
