Nothing less than the Best as orchestrated by owner/executive chef Melissa Kelly. She is the best in the business. Her staff is best at what they do. The food as always was exceptional! We celebrated our 25th Wedding Anniversary. Thank you Melissa and staff.
From the bread to the spectacular dessert, the food, ambience and service was flawless. One of the most impressive aspect about this restaurant is how much of the ingredients are locally sourced. The servers are so knowledgeable and over the course of our meal had more than one server check on us.

Dining at Primo is a must if you are staying at the JW Marriott Orlando Grande Lakes. The menu offers a variety of entrees crafted with local ingredients. The service is excellent and the atmosphere is welcoming for families, couples, and groups.

I was very impressed with the quality and presentation of my meal. The amuse bouche was a nice touch. Burrata and tomato salad was one of the best I ever had. Perfectly cooked short rib and my dessert was delicious. Good selection of cocktails and beers. Very stylish interior. I would return her if I stay at the JW again.
Chef Melissa is an amazing, innovative culinary wizard! I visit her 3 restaurants across the country (Maine, Arizona and Florida) whenever I can . You should as well!!
One of the truely great meals in Florida. We would drive to Orlando and spend the night just to eat there.
Food flavor was flat but ok. Halibut was way overcooked and chewy. Expected better quality all around but was disappointed.
Not the same Primo that it used to be. The menu, decor and service are tired. This used to be a great restauarant, too bad.
We love Primo and it's our go to place for special occasions and for bringing out of town guests. The food is always terrific and the menu has seasonal offerings from their wonderful garden.
My wife and I went to Primo (while staying at the JW Marriott) for our 3rd Wedding Anniversary Dinner. I must say that the choices were very unique. I went out on a limb, at the recommendation of our server (I wish I could remember his name) and was very pleased.
Not only were we treated with a sample appetizer, but our dessert was also on the house (for our special occasion).
I would love to come back here soon.
Food is delicious but be sure to save room for desert!!!

Amazing Service and Wonderful Food! Some really unique dishes, comforting dishes and fabulous cocktails. I had the limoncello pomegranate martini. Yummy!! The pork saltimbocca was phenomenal and the homemade zeppollis were the best we’ve ever had. Service was exceptional. We will be back!
The food was amazing and the staff was amazing. They left us alone but we're right there when we needed them, just the way we like it. Best steak we have had in a while and the truffle potatoes were out of this world but don't forget the cannoli- so unique!

I had the diver's scallops with pork belly and sun-choke vegetable. It was simply amazing, I my waiter paired it with a Multepulciano that was off the hook!
Outstanding food and service
My husband and I have eaten at Primo twice while on vacation in Orlando. The menu, service, wine list, and ambience are stellar. This past visit we shared a Farmer's Salad (ample for two people) and each got the Pork Saltimbocca entree. Our servers, Michelle and Oadie, were extremely knowledgeable about all ingredients in and preparation of the food, as well as the best wines to accompany the meal. Service here is outstanding -- Michelle and Oadie were always immediately there if we needed them, but they never intruded. We so enjoy this restaurant; we almost always eat there when we're in Orlando. Highly recommend it for a special evening!
Food was not worth the price. But the drinks were very good.
My husband and I went to Primo for his birthday. The service was outstanding and the menu had great selections. The atmosphere was moderately noisy. However overall I would say this was a great dining experience and would highly recommend .
Primo has been one of my favorites restaurants for long time; his ambiance, food, service, atmosphere, desserts, wines etc are top notch. Chef Melissa Kelly is very farm to the table/seasonal food oriented and you definitely can see it in her menu. Chef Dylan Rebuck stopped by our table to talk about the dishes and asked if was any special request or dietary restriction they need to be aware of.
Went here for a business dinner - great service and everyone loved the food! Will definitely come back again!
Excellent attention, environment and extrodionary food.
Slow Tuesday night, the bread came out cold, when questioned, was told that's how it's intended... I asked to have it heated through, it was good bread, shame it was delivered chilled We order apps beef tartare and arancini. The tartare was totally pickled with capers, you tasted nothing else. Honestly, nothing but capers. The arancini was done right, we just preferred it with marinara not mint, can't fault them for that. We got their signature saltimbocca pork scalipini. Zero saltimbocca could be discerned. Like zero. We also got the scallops and pork belly. The scallops we're completely over salted when accompanied by naturally salty pork belly and fried and seasoned sun chokes... Way too much. We did say something to the waitress and the chef came over to talk to us. We relayed our feedback and he asked if we wanted something else, we asked that he choose. He sent over a snapper and black barley that was absolutely spot on. Bravo for fixing a miss and actually reading your guests and reacting. Moved to 4 stars for the effort.
Primo is Italian, Primo is very well staffed. Everyone in our service was friendly, courteous and more than willing to make our evening great.
Both orders had special requests not on the menu, or swapped and added. Everything was wonderful. I had their Bolognese and subbed the Papperdelle pasta, it was magnificent. Well portioned, full of flavor.
Will definitely revisit Primo. Hat's off to the Chef and staff.
We live in NJ & we were vacationing in Florida. We’ve been to Primo many times and it is one of our favorite restaurants. Food is always delicious and service is exceptional.

Food and experience were fine. My wife scallops for oversalted, my pasta was a little undercooked. The bread was nothing great. The service however was really good.
Food was outstanding! Get the fish!!! They also had some good drinks worth trying as well. Knowledgeable servers as well.
The restaurant is beautiful. The food is just fair and it’s relatively expensive. Our waitress was very good.
Cheese plate is very good! Wide selection of wines.
