I have been to this restaurant several times and, in my view, it is the best steakhouse in Park City. The food is fantastic, but what always make the experience so great for me is the staff. I like to go when Brian is behind the bar and have dinner at the bar. The guy is incredible in his service and attention to detail. And, the piano players are always great. If you are looking for a "A+" dining experience in Park City, this is it.

We love prime and come here 2 or 3 times a year usually when we have family and friends in town or to celebrate a special day. The steaks are all delicious and cooked great. The seared Tuna is our favorite appetizer as well as the artichoke and crab cake. Service is always great and they are very accommodating if anything is not up to expectation.

Excellent food served on a smoking hot plate, great selection. Beef cooked to perfection. Piano player accompaniment was a nice touch. Excellent service! Pricey, and all sides are charged separately, but good food. Make a reservation!

Brian our waiter was informative and went above and beyond. We splurged for the Wagyu fillet and it was remarkable. I recommend the peppercorn sauce on the side if you feel the need to add something but the steak is great on its own.

Dinner was just as wonderful as we remembered from our last visit years ago. Our server Brian was very nice and helpful and the woman singing at the piano should have a recording deal. It was a great night and we will be back next time we are in town!

I ordered the surf & turf, steak medium rare. The steak was overdone, mostly pink and the flavor was not great. The lobster was rubbery and flavor was also not great. I pointed out to the waiter that my steak was overdone. He was great about it! He offered to get me new steak but I declined (I'm not sure why, I wish I had :/). When the bill came he had taken the steak off of the bill and only charged for the lobster. He also gave us free dessert. For the expense of this restaurant I expected much better from the cooking staff, at least the waiter made up for it.

We ordered ribeye steaks that were cooked to perfection and the sides were delicious. Our service was incredible, the servers were very attentive and friendly. My wife and I were celebrating our 43rd wedding anniversary; our waiters surprised us with a very tasty dessert on the house. We’ll be going back soon!

Food not equivalent to the price. two of our three meals were over cooked. Waiter took order and we never saw him again until it was time for the check. The food runners do an excellent job. The stone faces at hostess stand set the mood on a downturn. We will not go back - Butchers is much better in all above catgeories.

Food was just OK, especially considering the extremely high prices. It was Dinner with a couple cocktails and two glasses of wine was $350! Value was around $100. Highly overrated restaurant in my opinion. We definitely will never go back here!

We were there on a Saturday evening in August and the place was only half full. We were quite surprised because we have always loved your food and service. At the same time Riverhorse was full and turning down reservation requests. We just wanted to mention what we experienced in order to alert management to a possible problem. Never the less, we will return every time we are in Park City. Wonderful Restaurant!

Food was good. However, given the fare they are trying to sell, the service and atmosphere is so casual that the product and the venue don’t match. Steaks are $70+ and our server presented himself in a T-shirt with hair that clearly hadn’t been washed in days/weeks. Perhaps my opinion is based on incorrect expectations, but it’s a fair assessment all the same. In short, Capital Grille pricing, Chili’s kind of feel.
