   Everything was spectacular. I believe our servers name was Ben. He was attentive and kind. The outdoor patio had a lovely ambiance. We throughly enjoyed the soup of the day. The arugula salad was delicious, as well as the scallops. The mint chip ice cream that they make in house was some of the best I’ve had. Highly recommend

   When visiting St. Augustine, we LOVE to visit Preserved. The food is superb every time. We really enjoy the atmosphere here while dining. Diane is a wonderful and attentive server.

   It’s a very good restaurant. The food was very good, excellent wine list, good service. The only real problem was the 25 mph winds, which are really not the restaurant’s fault. Perhaps some space heaters would have helped.

   We chose Preserved for our 1 night in St. Augustine and were not disappointed. Everything from the spinach salad, entrees of short ribs and scallops, dessert of crème brûlée and South African rose wine was delicious. Service was perfect and staff paid close attention to my wife’s shellfish allergy. Highly recommend!

   We love this place. We went there to celebrate our 49th wedding anniversary and we had a spectacular evening. The service, food and quiet atmosphere are all over the top. Our server was the best ever and appreciated them serving us some sparkling wine to help us celebrate. A real class act ....

   We celebrated my husband's birthday at Preserved and it was a fantastic experience. Our server, Diane, was wonderful. She was friendly, attentive and made sure our evening was the best it could be. Every bite was delicious but I would have to say that the Mushroom Bisque was so, so good and I don't think I've ever had a better creme brulée. The wine list at Preserved is quite extensive and we truly enjoyed the bottle that we selected. Thanks for a super evening.

    We have been here a few different times no on our visits to St. Augustine. This is a nice space with both indoor and outdoor dining areas. Food consistently good. Nice wines as well. Shared chocolate dessert which was yummy. Popular menu items (shrimp n grits, catch of day, braised short ribs) all excellent!

    We sat in the courtyard, it was a perfect evening, lovely ambience. I had the spinach salad, my husband had the roast oysters, both were perfect. For entrees I had the scallops which were cooked to perfection, my husband had the pork chop which he also said was delicious. To top it off they presented him with a complimentary creme brûlée to celebrate his birthday. Our server Natalie was lovely and very attentive. Looking forward to our next visit.

    We had a lovely meal at Preserved Restaurant last evening. We sat on the porch so it was very quiet and the weather was spectacular. Our food was outstanding! I had the arugula salad, my husband had the spinach salad, and we both had shrimp and grits for our entrees. Our food was all 5 star! We finished the meal with the lemon bread pudding with blueberry ice cream that was a real winner. I would heartily recommend Preserved when dining in St. Augustine.

    Preserved was even better than we remembered. The staff was everything you would want. Friendly, professional, attentive and knowledgeable. My wife had the shrimp and grits and said the shrimp was wonderful. I had the short ribs and it was so good! The wine list is massive and you are sure to find one that suits you.

    My girlfriend and I made a reservation being that we saw this establishment last summer on a visit. We were able to make it there then, but we made a note to go this time. We were sat instantly by a very nice, polite, and lively employee. She informed us that our server would be there shortly. About 10 minutes went by and no server. BUT NO COMPLAINT!!! The woman who sat us came out to tell us that she didn’t mention to the server that we were sat. I don’t care at all though because she was such a good employee that she acknowledged it and assumed the role as our server! And she was wonderful! The night was wonderful, best short rib I’ve ever had and the bouillabaisse my girlfriend got transported her to another world! 1000/10 Preserved will be my establishment that comes out of my mouth for whoever wants to visit St. Augustine. Keep up the great work! And a special thank you to our server, truly a responsible and professional employee.

    Charming setting, delicious food, excellent service, Can't wait to go back! The wine list is excellent. We started with oysters, mussels and the corn chowder, all wonderful! My husband had the fresh catch, sauteed flounder, and I had shrimp and grits which were very good. I would definitely recommend this place!

    Our server Robert was very knowledgeable and helpful with questions and our ultimate food/wine choices. We were pleasantly surprised with the service, atmosphere and the food. We were able to get in an hour early as there was a cancellation, which we truly appreciated. We are extremely happy we made this a destination to dine and will definitely be back.

    We added Preserved to our vacation list following the Southern Living article spotlight and we were delighted! Located in a fully rehabbed older house in the historic Lincolntown neighborhood, the property has ample off-street parking which is important. We approached down the garden path and were greeted warmly before proceeding to our table inside the dining room (there are outside tables available on a patio and the house’s veranda). Our server Robert was attentive and supported by others working as a team. After hearing about the day’s menu specials, we picked a German wine from the extensive, regionally organized list. Unfortunately, our first choice was out of stock and we had to choose another - which was delightful. Our salads, entrees and desserts were all fabulous and flavorful. Preserved is a must for your fine dining list in Saint Augustine FL.
