   Food was amazing- we enjoyed the steak tartare appetizer which was absolutely delicious. For entrees we dined on the bucatini, and the short ribs, both dishes were phenomenal. Save room for dessert because the strawberry shortcake is life-changing! Service was outstanding, servers worked cohesively as a team and our server, Uni, was fantastic!

   We chose Posana for our anniversary dinner due to the good reviews and how well the restaurant accommodates those with food allergies. Our experience far exceeded expectations--from our lovely server, to the attention they gave us for our celebration, to the food (I ate dishes I haven't been able to in a long time), we could not have picked a better spot.

   Our server ,Allie, was great. She paced the meal perfectly! The food was expertly plated and delicious. We highly recommend the zucchini hush puppies and the Pasta with peas and pesto. We look for to dining at Posana again

   The food was excellent. The short rib was unbelievably tender yet not overcooked. The wine list was phenomenal. Great cocktails. The next time I am in Asheville I will return.

   We went here for our anniversary and had an exceptional experience. We were given a card signed by the staff, congratulating us on our occasion, as well as given multiple free things to celebrate. The food was excellent, and they had an extremely extensive wine menu as well. The waitress was also excellent and checked in on it quite often. We were told by multiple staff members happy anniversary and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience.

   Having not been to Asheville for a couple of years we were looking forward to trying the "hot, new restaurant" in town. Although glad that we had given it a try, we will not likely be returning. Our meals were acceptable but not exciting, and the din inside the restaurant was overwhelming and prevented any semblance of normal conversation. These minuses were balanced, to a degree, by the excellent service, including some nice complimentary touches in celebration of my wife's birthday.
