Portland Seafood Co. - Mall 205
We love the food here! And the service is awesome too!
Great for a group lunch. Server was a nice lady doing her best but they are over worked. She had several large group tables and kept forgetting items (refills on beverages, beverages, birthday persons dessert, etc). She was running around trying to do her best but they need more servers. Food was good. Halibut fish n chips was good but coleslaw was delicious! I guess you have to ask for bread now it's not automatically delivered. Patrons should be told that but again everyone's running around and there's not enough time for servers to explain that.
The restaurant was a little dated. I was sat in a banquet that the back was loose, so annoying when the man behind me moved. It felt like being constantly being jostled. Food was good for the price. Everything tasted fresh, but a bit average. My 17 year old was very happy with the food.
The service and atmosphere were great! The crab & shrimp stuffed mushrooms and wontons were amaaaaaazing. The batter was changed on the fish & shrimp, not my fav, but still good. Clam chowder was ok.
The service was excellent and the food was good.
Great Seafood variety to choose from. Service was ok. Our waitress was very busy but doing her best with how many tables she had to service. Love the online reservations
Alex, our server, was polite, gave us options and came around to make sure everything was going ok. The food was great and served like we ordered.
Bestest salad ever.
Service was great, server was very helpful, food done just like I like it.Thank you Cynthia for a wonderful experience. Managers (Matt and Keegen) came around to make sure everything was going ok and if they could do anything more.
came around making sure everything was going ok
The seafood special was so fresh and delicious. Fish and chips were awesome as well. Our server was very friendly and efficient.
Great service. Menu was varied and Oregon-centered.
Good food and good service. We go here often and will go again.
I would never return. While I was waiting a couple of families walked out, at this time I should have known . I ordered fish and chips, I should have gone to the market and gotten frozen TV dinner and heated it up in my hotel room.
Food was cooked just the way I wanted it, server was friendly and helpful and the manager came around to make sure everything was tasting good and if we needed anything else. The dessert menu looked so good (made onsite), but we were very satisfied with the portions from our lunch, so we passed. We really enjoy going to Portland Seafood Company and do eat there regularly!
Feels like an Olive Garden or chain restaurant. Plastic menus, diner booths. Almost burnt calamari. Disappointing!
Service was good but the food not so good. Menu reads good but the food conflicts. Sautés translates to flour breaded. Note Razor Clams should be tender ,but when you flour dust them they tend to soak up oil and loose freshness and become tough. I finished my dish because I was hungry. Normal I would have not. Could be great with a better chef or management?
Other than the ambiance being a little stark, everything else was a good experience.
Food was excellent. Waited a long time for a server to begin with and then waited a long time for food.
Great place to eat in Portland. The food was wonderful and our waitress was one of the best I have ever had.
Great service great food
We made a reservation for 630 and were not seated until 7. Our waiter brought us water and apparently forgot about us. After 20 minutes of waiting, we walked out. Not to mention the lack of options on the menu.
Love eating here, great service and food!
Wonderful service. Food very good. A bit noisy but could have been the table next to us was noisy.
we dined out doors. no umbrella at any of the outside tables, to shade the sun. enjoyable as noise was low. umbrella that was found did not tilt so it did not help.
I arrived early for my reservation but no issue for this crack staff - I was greeted and seated the moment I arrived. My food server knew her business. She detailed the specials and answered my menu questions with obvious knowledge of the food and its preparation. Food was served quickly, hot, and delicious. I highly recommend you visit Portland Seafood Co. at Mall 205.
The waitress was wonderful. She was personable, kept the orders straight and made sure we had everything we needed.
The food was delicious. The wait staff was outstanding, friendly and extremely helpful in making recommendations. The soup was flavorful. The entrees were fresh, well prepared and plentiful. If we lived on Portland, this would be a favorite.
Portland Seafood always has excellent food and service. It is the go-to restaurant for my wife and me. We have never been disappointed. It also has the best Coleslaw I have ever eaten.
Food was absolutely delicious! Our waitress Cynthia was amazing!
:D Always amazing service and food every time we stop by. Had two young ones with us this time and the server went above and beyond making sure they were happy and well feed. Thank you
This was my pick for my birthday dinner. I really enjoyed my shrimp Louie. My husband enjoyed his halibut fish & chips. The rest of our party had hamburgers. My son in law said their burger is now one of his favorites. Oh, and not to forget the creme brûlée was delightful.
We brought family who were visiting from S. Carolina. They had a wonderful time and said that was the best seafood they'd ever had! The staff were super friendly, especially our server who made sure everyone was happy. Thank you!
Good food but so expensive we cannot afford it again. Server was great, and everything else, just unaffordable. 8 quarter sized stuffed mushrooms for over $10???
Excellent experience great service and an outstanding menu.
Had two you young entitled punks throwing food at each other in the booth across from us, so that was annoying having a business meeting with a colleague from Virginia. He was not impressed but he was less impressed with our homeless problem. He asked "who's the Libtards that run this town"? And I said you think that's bad the whole West coast is run by Libtards.
Food was pretty good, overall. My razor clams were a bit greasy, however, I thoroughly enjoyed the lime basmati rice and the green beans with a lemony butter on them. My husband’s surf and turf was a mixed bag. He ordered the steak medium rare. It was medium well on one end and medium rare on the other end. However, he loved the steelhead. The plating for the surf and turf was awkward. The steak was on top of the mashed potatoes and the juices were seeping into the potatoes. A slightly larger plate would have made for a better presentation.
Our daughter had the crab melt. The menu didn’t make it clear that the tomatoes were mixed in with the crab, so she had to pick them out.
Dessert was divine. My daughter and I had the key lime pie, which was superb. The slices were a nice size and it was very creamy and tart. My husband had the ginger peach crisp with ice cream which he thoroughly enjoyed.
Halibut was good. Tuna was a little over cooked. Service was okay.
Great service and amazing food. Got us in earlier than our reservation.
We always enjoy dining in this restaurant. The servers are usually just great, the food good and the restaurant is always clean.
Took a party of 8 for lunch, was seated promptly, served promptly with a terrific server, refills constantly and the food was great! What more could you ever want...will be back for sure.
