To celebrate the 10th anniversary of our restaurant we are offering a special tasting menu at £55. Leaning on classic dishes from our first decade this offers a chance to experience Portland at a very special price. A sample menu is below – please note some dishes are subject to change. The monthly changing menu is available for early evening dinner bookings made between 5:30-6:30pm

This was our first visit to Portland Restaurant and it did not disappoint. Staff were all very welcoming and helpful, we ate from the lunch menu and there was plenty of choice. The food was inspired and exceptional with great attention to detail. All round a lovely lunch with very good wine. We will be back.

Lovely food, super friendly staff. And the special 10-year prix fixe menu was brilliantly put together. Great evening!

Well, what a lovely evening. Welcomed at the door, by my first name, having never been there before. Offered a choice of tables, which I think is nice. This was my wife’s special birthday (rude to say which, but ends with a 0), we were treat exceptionally well, the food was amazing, the staff check on what we though on each course (and wine pairing), and we were - at the end - offered an off menu wine that would match others we had tried elsewhere. My wife was full, so was given a take away dessert. Would I go back, definitely.

Her passion for the craft is evident in every plate — from the precision of flavours to the elegance of presentation. This isn’t cooking by numbers; it’s a deeply personal commitment to excellence. There’s a rare balance here in food that is both thoughtful and joyful, refined yet generous. Each dish shows a clear attention to detail, but never at the expense of warmth. Angelica’s talent lies not just in technical ability but in the instinctive understanding of what makes a meal memorable — the kind of food you think about long after you’ve left the table.
