The food and service were lovely. It’s a bit overpriced but that is expected at a fine hotel.

Our favorite breakfast spot on the island and never disappoints. We have done breakfast here as a family at least 20 times the 6 years we’ve lived here and will continue to come back. Views are unmatched with exceptional food options for a “buffet” and the best service.

Excellent, friendly service. The Butter fish was delicious and the Poke Musubi was outstanding.

We came for a birthday celebration Had lovely seating outside, but the umbrellas don’t really give you any shade in the morning for breakfast so that was unfortunate If you sit all the way to the far right or left on the ocean side, you get more shade in the middle it was really very warm Our waitress, I think was kind of overwhelmed. It didn’t look like there were a whole lot of servers and she didn’t listen. When we talk to her. We often had to call her back and say things to her three times. But I think they were really understaffed was the bottom line problem It’s a lovely venue, expensive but worth it for the view I love the buffet there for breakfast,

The view was remarkable. The setting was serene. The service was fine. The Plumeria Beach salad was okay. The miso butterfish was pretty good. That's because I like butterfish. But I have had better. The abalone was terrible. The description on the menu made it sound intriguing. The waiter's explanation of how it was prepared (similar to escargot) made it sound even more intriguing. Had to try it! Yes, it was presented such as escargot is. Yes, it had a nice small baguette to enjoy with it. And yes, the menu did mention the recipe included spinach. Well, it was ALL spinach. In each bite, the piece of abalone was equal to a quarter of the size of an American dime. It was wrapped within a mass of spinach. Zero abalone experience. I was ready for an abalone experience. That was null and void. Yuck.

This is one of the most beautiful spots for lunch on Oahu, and my husband and I have been coming here for many years during our annual Hawaii vacation. Unfortunately, this year the food was. mediocre at best. Usually it is wonderful. Hoping that this is a temporary blip and that the restaurant will restore its food quality soon.

Food could be better. Staff are very helpful and helped me put two chairs together so my toddler could nap. I'd highly recommend a fan to steer away flies. There were too many flies flying while eating our food...

Plumeria has always been our go-to spot for events, both large and small, and we’ve consistently had wonderful experiences. However, today’s visit was unexpectedly disappointing. Our server—new to us—unfortunately fell short in providing the level of service we’ve come to expect. We were never checked on throughout our meal, and not once were our waters refilled. We had to flag down another server just to request condiments and basic service, which was especially awkward as we were hosting guests. It was an uncharacteristically poor experience, and we truly hope this was an isolated incident. We look forward to seeing improvements during our next visit.
