Nice Chicago restaurant, great location, particularly to Winter's Jazz Club. Nice bocce venue. Great view on balcony. Food goo too.
The food is good and the service was great. Good place to go when in Streeterville.
Service today was excellent from busser to manager. Food never disappoints and is reasonably priced. I favor weekday lunch because service is more attentive.
Unlimited Brunch was delicious with so many options. Wait staff was super attentive and it was not very crowded, but we did go later in the day around 1 PM. I will certainly be back as the experience was great and the food was even better!
We have visited Pinstripes many times as we live in the neighborhood. This was our worst experience. Service was slow and both of our entrees were wrong. Waited 20 minutes to correct mistake. Very slow getting check.
Pinstripes Streeterville is the perfect location on the River front, nearby Navy Pier. The service is consistently excellent. The menu offers many options, my favorite is the caesar salad with a salmon filet. I highly recommend Pinstripes Streeterville for both locals and tourists. It is also a fun place for a group to play bocce ball or bowling.
Service was horrible. Our server only came by once every 30
minutes, took twenty minutes to get the right number of cups and plates for the amount of people seated(we did not have staggering guests and were all seated simultaneously).runner brought food out to a table full of dirty plates and cups with no room to fit the plates and when we said we don’t have room nothing has been cleared since our appetizers and we haven’t had water since then nor were we offered more cocktails. Awful.
The waiter Victor was very nice however, the manager Vi and the chef were awful. I very politely asked for a medium rare filet after mine had been over cooked. The manager ( very condescendingly ) said him and the chef thought my steak was cooked correctly but would get me another. Well that must have made the chef upset, my $35 filet came back not cooked at all with a visible mound of salt dumped on everything so as to where I couldn’t eat a thing. Victor apologized profusely for the chef after seeing the second meal given to me. Next time I’ll be sure to order a burger from a bowling alley.
The Lounge is a winner - the DR is not 'cozy' enough...
I absolutely love this place it was my parents 34 year wedding anniversary along with my sisters birthday we got a buy one get one brunch take it right when we got there and then played a complementary game of bowling! We had free mimosas at the beginning and if I’m ever in Chicago from Denver again I’ll for sure be going there. If I was local I would take advantage of their dollar wine wristbands for sure
The brunch was very good and a great value.
the wait staff is very knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. the portion of the food is 'huge' and the appetizers are for group sharing size. made reservation via open table so did not have to wait to be seated.
had a wonderful time
Sliders were my favorite. Server took great care of us (half off wine, birthday treat, dinner coupon, wrist bands to use next time).
Pinstripes is great neighborhood gem. Great location on the riverfront. Fun bocce ball/bowling makes for the perfect team build outting or private party. Bar wait service is consistently excellent.
The outdoor fire pit was open. Lovely evening.
Pinstripes is a fabulous addition to the Streeterville neighborhood. Great location on River, nearby Navy Pier. Service is consistently excellent and attentive to customers. The salads and soups are great and the salmon filet was seasoned and cooked perfectly. A must go for both locals and tourists.
The waiters were fair... took far too long to get to the table even though there were only two or three tables. I watched a number of them standing around a great deal but not paying attention to the customers.
Great and reasonably priced. Sunday brunch is awesome and I love the old fashions they have own Secret recipe
We were excited to come here. The first drawback was the parking. There is no valet in the city, so we had to pay $40.00 to park and walk. The food was great, but the service was very poor. We had reservations and still had to wait 35 min. It then took another 15 minutes before a waitress came over. She was very nice but it is slow.
Pinstripes Streeterville Chicago is in the perfect location for both tourists and locals alike. The Bar/Wait Service is always friendly and accommodating. I ordered the Ceasar salad with the salmon filet. It was delicious and seasoned perfectly. It is also a nice touch to have the warm bread strips with pesto sauce served complimentary.
Have eaten here many times. Varied menu, which I've tried many options of. Have arranged for a group of friends here, and all have enjoyed lunch and dinner. Service is friendly and reasonably attentive. Price is average for downtown Chicago casual table-service meals.
Pinstripes in Chicago's Streeterville neighborhood is in a perfect location nearby Navy Pier and offers outdoor seating on the River Front. Great place to watch the architectural tour boats. I love the caesar salad with a salmon filet. Cooked perfectly. Great place to dine for both locals and tourists. Service is consistently excellent. Thank you Manager Jacob, hostess Katie and Bar Server (name starts with a J).
We enjoyed our dinner at Pinstripes recently. As we entered the restaurant we encountered a rather noisy bar scene. We requested a table back by the canal, which was much quieter. While we didn't sample the drinks, my wife had a large farmer's market salad and I had the Fettuccine Bolognese. Both entrees were delicious. We had a coupon to use and the waiter helped us maximize the value of it. We'll definitely return with or without a coupon.
Our group was there to celebrate a birthday of a friend from Texas. It was communicated on the OpenTable reservation, again when they called to confirm and repeated when we arrived. The server wasn’t attentive to our table at all. Maybe because it was a busy Saturday night and we were tucked away in a back room off the kitchen. We have dined here many times before and always received great service. Unfortunately, the ball was dropped on such a special evening. We were thoroughly disappointed and embarrassed since we had spoken so highly about Pinstripes to our out of town guests.
Bowling rates ridiculously priced.
Food was delicious as always!!! Great Service
Great place to blow quite a few hours in Chicago. Only a few blocks from the pier so you might escape some of the crowd. Food is really good and the service was typical of Chicago.
They also have bowling and bocce ball and there wasn't a wait when we were there mid day
Music was too loud. Server was not attentive nor knowledgeable. Pasta had excessive peppercorns to the point that it was inedible and had to be remade.
I love this place! The food and service has always been top notch everytime that we visit.
Wonderful!!! As always!
It was good as usual. It's always the same every time I come here. No matter what the occasion is. I have recommended to many others, and they have the same opinion as I do. a wonderful experience.
I was recommended to pinstripes as a family friendly brunch place. Even though I had made a reservation through opentable I was told I hadn’t reserved properly. It took forever for the waitstaff to bring anything. I was told they would bring a cup appropriate for a child, they didn’t. And when my child spilled it, I couldn’t get anyone’s attention to help bring something to clean up the spill. I had also been told prior to making the reservation as well as when we checked in that there was no charge for a two-year-old, but in the end they did charge me. Overall not a happy experience.
We always attend the Midwinter dental meeting and this is our must go place when we are in Chicago. We love the food and the Bocce ball.
It was great atmosphere and our service was excellent. Probably one of the best dinning experiences we’ve had!
The bowling alley broke multiple times during our hour of bowling time. The staff gladly gave us 20 extra minutes, but if every grimy bowling alley in America can get this right, why can’t Pinstripes?
This is the second time I’ve been to Pinstripes and the service was sub par. The staff in the bowling area was less than cordial and not attentive. We won’t be returning.
Our Waiter Bryce or Brice was very Nice 😊
Played boche with my son and it was a blast.
I went for a nice brunch with my mother and enjoyed the meal.
