Great Jazz on Sundays and Tuesday evenings, the food is just ok , good but that is it , great ambiance and music.

great place . been coming a number of years . this is a true hamptons restaurant . value is good when compared to what the other restaurants charge . the quality of food is not there at the other places . nor is the service and care .

Great food, great service and a great band.

Pierre's has been a staple in Bridghampton for many years. But in the last few years they have really stepped up their game. The menu has become more varied and eclectic and the service has become friendlier and more professional.

I am not a fan of leaving a credit card when I make a reservation, but that's the only negative I can say about this great neighborhood gem.

We’ve been here twice, and the food here is simply outstanding. We ordered a lot of food, from appetizers through desserts, and everything was delicious. My better half said the oysters were off the hook, as were the beef tartare and Alsacian tart. We both ordered beef dishes for our main course, as we were drinking an old Bordeaux, and they were cooked to perfection. Highly recommend!

45 minute wait past reservation time with not one ounce of apology from the owner, much less a round of drinks or even a dessert. fun scene but the food is mediocre and $$

We live within walking distance and love Pierre's. But we were leery about trying it on the Friday night of a holiday weekend. What we encountered was expertly well-controlled chaos. The crush of people was at times overwhelming but the kitchen, and our superb waiter, never missed a beat in our estimation. Thank you Pierre for allowing us to enjoy what could have been (under less seasoned direction) just another crazed Hamptons evening!

Very good food but very cramped and the "bus girls" circle the tables like buzzards. Twice plates were taken away while we were still eating. I understand a restaurant's desire to have multiple seatings each night, but the bus girls looming presence was totally unnecessary.

Also, they had a bizarre fashion show during Saturday night dinner. The restaurant was already quite cramped and the addition of models parading around in outfits no one in the restaurant should have been wearing made the restaurant seem even smaller.

Always love the food. Sea bass with leeks was a favorite this time.
Just disappointing that the waiter was so rude to us. At a certain point, he stopped even coming to our table. Did not care to make sure we had our drinks nor ask us how our food was.
Just don't understand it. Mentioned to the front desk but they had nothing to say. Why doesn't management care about friendly service. It is a mystery to me.

Very good food, but the noise level on a Saturday evening in August is roaring. Not a good place to have dinner with people you would actually like to talk to, at least on a weekend.

Also, was on the receiving end of a bit of attitude on arrival for being 5 min late. We were put into a temporary "penalty box" but were given a good table.

I love this restaurant and I love Pierre. I love it in January as much as I love it in August. Service was inconsistent this visit I have to admit. Our waiter was not friendly nor did he follow through on most of our requests which were simple like asking for a glass of wine or extra bread. Pierre himself jumped in at one point to offer assistance which was the only time our waiter jumped to help with anything. He never checked on us or how we were enjoying the meal. It was disappointing as we brought friends from LA who had heard so much about Pierres. We will always go back and love it but I would hope the service will be a little more on par with the expectations of Pierre and his faithful customers.

Outstanding food. Fun, friendly, pleasant restaurant. Fair prices (if that matters to anyone in the Hamptons). Only disappointment was the wine. Ordered a glass of their Bordeaux Grand Cru. It tasted like the bottle had been opened yesterday and left out at room temp for 24 hours. Ugh!
