   Sufficient choices on the menu. Good sized portions. We (2 of us) enjoyed our selected dishes. Friendly and efficient staff. Reasonably priced.

   Ideal for meeting a friend for lunch. Set menu is very good value. Good variety of dishes on all courses. Will definitely return again and recommend to others.

   Saturday afternoon, pre- theatre. Restaurant was busy but service was still quick. Good food - Prix Fixe menu. Think it showed 2 or 3 courses but dessert want an option on this particular menu. Rhanka6

   We were welcomed immediately that we arrived, service was swift but we were given time to make our minds up. Starters: The goats cheese salad was excellent, mains entrecôte and Bavette were cooked as requested and had no gristle. Overall an enjoyable pre theatre experience.

   Its the pretty typical French Bistro experience in a prime position. We did all our courting in the original Pierre Victoire in Edinburgh so its special to us but we had a tasty if traditional meal and service was fine. If you don't have too many extras you can have a good value meal but push the boat out if you wish.

    Very tasty French bistro food and good value for money. A bit too noisy for me, but it was a busy Saturday night.
