                                            Our server, Nicholas was very professional and checking on us just enough. The food was always as has been our experience in the past. Both of our meals were perfectly prepared and came out at just the right amount of time. I had their special, Halibut and my wife had their Salmon patties in their meal. Overall it was a wonderful experience which was very much needed in this crazy life we have made.

                                            First time to Pier W with high expectations of the views of the Lake. I had requested to be seated by the windows in my on line booking. Was very disappointed to be seated by the front door with the view of a bunch of overgrown weeds. When asked if we could sit closer to the windows, where there were several tables available and not used the whole time we were there, with a smirk she said, I'm afraid not. It took just about 10 minutes for us to be addressed by the water server then another 5 for waiter to take our drinks order. Our waiter and the food were very good, but I guess that should be the expected when you spend almost $300 with tip on 3 people. Would I return? I'm not so sure. Although, the Lobster Bisque was to die for!

                                            Completed satisfied with whole dinner going experience. Very beautiful inside love the water view and food was AMAZING!! Can't wait to go back. My new Favorite restaurant!

                                            I recently had the pleasure of dining at PierW and it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. The ambiance was warm and inviting, creating the perfect backdrop for a memorable meal. The menu offered a delightful range of dishes, showcasing both creativity and attention to detail. I started with the salmon bites, which was bursting with flavor and beautifully presented. For the main course, I opted for the steak and it did not disappoint. The ingredients were fresh, and the seasoning was spot on, making each bite a delight. Dessert was the cherry on top; the crème brûlée was simply divine, a perfect way to end the meal on a sweet note. What truly stood out was the service. The staff was attentive without being intrusive, always ready with knowledgeable recommendations and ensuring that our glasses were never empty. Their friendly demeanor made us feel right at home. Overall, PierW exceeded my expectations in every way. I can't wait to return and explore more of their menu! Highly recommend for anyone looking for a fantastic dining experience!

                                            First time back in 25+ years. First impression was underwhelming. Huge improvement this trip. Food and service were outstanding. Have return reservations in three weeks.

                                            Beautiful night at Pier W. Everything was enjoyable and delicious. The housemade sorbets are amazing! Overall fantastic but very expensive relative to what you get, however it’s worth the splurge once in awhile.

                                            The atmosphere was amazing, looking out at Lake Erie, piano music being played made it extra special. Our dinner were perfect and service was great. It had been a few years since we've been there, but definitely will be back again.
