Join Us for Lunch, Dinner and Sunday Brunch. Reservations are available for Lunch Monday-Friday from 11:30 am to 2:00 pm, Dinner Sunday-Thursday from 5:00 pm-9:00 pm, Friday and Saturday 5:00 pm-10:00 pm and Brunch on Sundays from 9:30 am to 2:00 pm. Business Casual Dress Code is required. Window tables are limited and we cannot guarantee seating but will do our best to accommodate your request. Reservations of 5 guests or more cannot be made online, please call for availability. Reservations will be honored up to 15 minutes past your scheduled reservation time and we require the majority of your guests to arrive prior to seating. Beyond this time period, your table will be released and we will accommodate you when, and if, a table becomes available.

                                            We've been coming to Pier W for years, specifically, to celebrate our birthdays and anniversaries. Last night, we were there for our joint birthdays which are a week apart. 1) we got seated probably close to the back of the restaurant so the view was hardly there, 2) we told our waitress that we were celebrating our birthdays together, but she didn't seem to care, 3) we usually get a little dessert on the house for our celebrations but when the waitress asked if we wanted a dessert menu (thinking we were going to get our dessert which we've always gotten), we said no to the dessert menu. She seemed perturbed by that and then was non-existent for at least 15 minutes. Julianne (our waitress) finally brought our bill to us because she had to! We have always had a wonderful experience there, but last night, we were extremely disappointed. Don't get me wrong, the food is amazing, but this experience last night overshadowed the food, and trust me, the food is not cheap here. We will think twice before going back sadly.

                                            We had the Rockfish Marsala & Lobster Pasta -- both excellent. I was surprised to see on the menu some items that I would consider fall/autumn foods on a summer menu (6.30.25)...sweet potatoes, butternut squash, harvest salad, cranberry, apples. Our view was good, noise level moderate, service was attentive...bus boy kept trying to take our plates while we were eating. We also had the Beef Short Rib Pierogies and Jumbo Lump Crab Cakes -- both were just average and actually lacked much seasoning.

                                            A wonderful seafood restaurant that continues to be one of the best restaurants for fine dining in the Cleveland area. The only restaurant on the west side with beautiful lake views of downtown Cleveland coupled with piano music and outstanding service. Perfect for special occasions!

                                            Absolutely amazing experience, food was wonderful , had a great seat by the window so the view was excellent, and our waitress Chloe was on top of everything couldn’t have been better, very pleased and looking forward to going back soon.

                                            No menu on Sunday. Only brunch which was mediocre. Hot food was lukewarm. Server forgot our made to order omelets. View is beautiful!
