   I’ve always struggled with finding the right gift for my mom on Mother’s Day. This year, I decided to do something different: instead of a physical gift, I wanted to give her an experience—one where we didn’t worry about the cost, just focused on great food, a beautiful setting, and quality time together. Pier W delivered all of that and more. We were seated in the lower level of the main dining area, tucked into a quiet corner with a stunning view overlooking the lake. At one point, we noticed a man with a shovel on the hillside below and joked that he was either the resident fisherman or a paid actor placed there for ambiance. Kevin, our server, played along with our antics the entire evening and made us feel relaxed and completely taken care of. We each started with a cup of the lobster bisque—rich, velvety, and exactly what you want at a seafood-forward spot like Pier W. For mains, I had the salmon special, which came with a honey mustard and hot honey drizzle that was both unique and absolutely delicious. My mom chose the scallops from the regular menu and was just as thrilled. We shared a bottle of wine and capped the meal with coffees and a slice of their apple chai spice cake, which was warm, comforting, and the perfect ending. Looking back, I almost feel guilty I hadn’t thought to do something like this sooner. This dinner felt like the best gift I could have given her—one filled with laughter, good food, and time well spent together. I hope to make this a new tradition. Thank you, Pier W (and especially Kevin), for making this Mother’s Day unforgettable.

   Although all tables full for Mothers Day dinner, Every person involved in our food experience, were pleasant and took the time to fulfill our requests for seating preference - to refills on beverages - to packing up leftovers to take out.

   This is a fabulous Mother’s Day brunch. So much variety so many things to choose from to eat and the dessert bar is amazing! The views are also stunning overall a wonderful experience.

   Afternoon reservations for Mother's Day was the best idea to avoid the early rush. The restaurant had actually begun to clear out during our visit. The food was incredible, our server Chloe was friendly, the mimosas were on point. There is some construction out front, and the welcome mats are dirty and muddy, but that did not take away from our dining experience. My family and I have visited a few times before in the past for brunch, and we will definitely return.

   My son and I celebrated Mother’s Day at Pier W! We had such a magnificent experience! The brunch was so delicious and the variety was vast! The atmosphere is nationally acclaimed with great reason. Our waitress, Cora, was absolutely outstanding! My son and I will be making Pier W brunch a Mother’s Day tradition!!!!!

   Chloe was our waitress and she delivered exceptional service. My mother was very pleased with her Mother's Day outing at Pier W. It never disappoints.

   First time visiting for Mother’s Day Brunch. Was great! Something that everyone liked on the buffet. Live piano music with music the kids recognized and gorgeous views. Trying to find a time to try them for date night!

   Julianna was wonderful. The support guys and gals were prompt and attentive. And the food was outstanding as usual. Our one guest said it was the best salmon he had ever eaten. My steak was perfect. The wives said their meals were superb.

    Went for dinner. Beet salad, lobster bisque and crab cakes to start. Would recommend each of them. Impressed by how much crab was in the cakes - almost zero filler. Swordfish and Rockfish Marsala were both great. Had the butter cake for dessert which was also delicious! Can’t say we had anything we would not order again.
