Pied à Terre is one of London’s longest standing Michelin restaurants, celebrating its 30th year in 2021. Offering optional Tasting Menus including vegetarian and vegan, lunch menu and full wine list.

With its tasteful cracked-glass feature, and cosily formal decor, this is a perfect setting for têtes-à-têtes, business-related or otherwise. Pied à Terre radiates both style and approachability.

The exceptional gourmet food is meticulously prepared with heart and passion by Head Chef Asimakis Chaniotis using ingredients sourced directly from small, independent suppliers who live and breathe quality.

Apart from the bargain set lunch (reportedly one of the best value Michelin star lunches in London), prices are reassuringly top-end, but there’s ample value in a book-sized wine list, with “incredibly helpful” sommeliers.

Very polished operation. Staff and owner maintain a perfect balance between friendship and invasiveness. Decor, space and comfort are all first class. Prices reasonable for London. A wine flight is generally best value.

We had an incredible meal at pied a terre last night. We had the tasting menu and every course was outstanding. Service was also excellent. As a venue for a special occasion, it’s hard to beat

Excellent meal with friendly, helpful staff. Amazing selection of wine choices and great attention to details with the delicious food. Got to meet and chat with the owner, David, who was a joy to converse with and extremely friendly. Superb experience.

Very good tasting menus, both meat and vegan. Portions leaving us satisfied at the end of the meal. Each course was extremely tasty. Perhaps one issue my partner had was the lack of contrasting textures for one of her courses, rectified somewhat with some bread. Really enjoyed our anniversary meal.

We loved everything about Pied a Terre. The staff were friendly and knowledgeable, the restaurant itself small and cosy. We had the tasting menu, three of the courses being replaced with plant-based variations for one of us who doesn't eat seafood. All the dishes were delicious with great imagination and depth of flavour. We especially like the 'tuna' crudo and the pigeon dish. The chef told us the menu is changing next week so we will go again in a couple of weeks to try the new dishes.

Fantastic lunch complet. The food was simply stunning - delicious, inventive and so beautifully presented. The wines were amazing and really complemented the dishes. The plant based options were superb, especially the watermelon. Brilliant value for money; attentive, professional service. Can’t ask for anything else.
