We have always had a good experience t Piccolo's.
Love the 157 appetizer!
Great food , great price, great staff!! We will be back
We were happy to be able to dine out on the Fourth of July. The food is always special; you won’t have those everyday Italian menu items. The menu, while temporarily limited, has homemade pasta with great accompanying sauces in the dishes. Nice chunky tomato sauce and velvety cream sauces.
In these trying times, we had comfort food combined with a good wine and what we believe to be homemade limoncello. Service by Jordan was attentive.
Please do visit here to enjoy a great meal and to support your local restaurant with its great staff.
Great dinner. Sat outside next to building. Great service. Food was served promptly but not rushed. I had the chicken parmigiana, the biggest piece of chicken ever but not too thin. My husband had a haddock with crabmeat and spinach over linguine...delicious.
Overall a great dinner and enjoyed sitting at a real table outside during this COVID time.
Ample seating, food was a little above average but very overpriced. Was excited to be out for one of the first times and hope to advise staff to keep their face coverings on at all time while serving customers or in vicinity. This would make people feel more safe.
Best Italian restaurant in Worcester. Great food, good vibe and overall great dinning experience
Everything was fantastic, only issue we had was a group of college students who were smoking weed at a table and there were children close by.
Owner and staff should have spoke up.
Can’t wait to go back!!
Piccolo's was great, the food was excellent, the service was great and the atmosphere was fun.
Was wonderful to be back to dining out, was our first choice and did not disappoint
Specially prepared Dishes
Entrées you cannot get everywhere
Extensive wine list
Attentive and pleasant service
Outside dining ambience was festive
All around exquisite
It was the 2nd night after the reopen and everyone one was seated outside in the back parking lot. Very understaffed--poor waitress! Food just okay.
Drinks were excellent, food delicious, staff extremely friendly and the music topped it all off! We will def. be going back.
Best Italian Restraunt in Worcester and surrounding towns!!! Always something different to try!! Great waitresses and the owner John Piccolo greets his patrons and makes everyone feel special!!!
Just yummmm ! Cool place and awesome food! can’t wait to go back!!
Spectacular food - good wine list. Main dining room was very loud but we did go on a Saturday night during Worcester Restaurant Week. Looking forward to trying this place again.
Food is always great! Super service.
The food is fantastic! Best garlic bread I have ever had! Everything was delicious! Everyone in our party enjoyed it! Great service. The staff is wonderful
We're so glad we used an OpenTable reservation. It was a last-minute pick; Piccolo's was VERY busy, with extremely limited parking, but we were seated immediately.
The restaurant is old school Italian, and was crowded and noisy, but actually just the sort of place we needed.
The service was friendly and prompt, and the food was awesome.
We would definitely go again.
Our favorite Italian Restaurant!! Always great food, fabulous service & lots of friendly patrons!!
Amazing food and a wonderful atmosphere!
Food is always amazing, never disappoints!! My favorite restaurant in the City. Love the atmosphere of the front room.
Having heard so much about this restaurant- all positive - I was disappointed in the food. It was very average .... I ordered what was close to chicken parmigiana and got a giant slab of chicken (not impressed w/large servings a la chain restaurants) with gemilli and sauce which though homemade were just so so. Fried calamari app again very average. Dessert course good - we shared a lemon mascarpone tart. Service was great and the ambiance very North End Boston but as a day visitor to Worcester looking for a great meal overall it was a letdown...
Valentine’s Day dinner was a success. Was a bit of a wait even though we had reservations, but so worth the wait.
This was our first time dining at Piccolo's. We were greeted promptly and seated within a few minutes of our reservation. Our server was quick to greet us and our food was really good arriving quickly. My husband and I both had pasta. The food was served hot with generous portions. My margarita did not disappoint!
However, the restaurant was very noisy and the tables were within inches of one another, not a romantic atmosphere for Valentine's Day!
Valentines so really busy which I under stand but the hostess were rude that waiters took forever to attend me and when I look over she’s just sitting there chatting with the hostess plus the food was very salty
Server did the best she could but food took too long to come out. Food was barely ok, nothing to get excited about. Sadly I don’t see us returning.
Staff is very friendly from the moment you walk in the door until you leave. Our server Amanda was awesome! The food is fantastic and reasonably priced. Such a great evening. If you do not like close tables then maybe it's not for you but we loved it. Can't wait to go back, we will be regulars.
The bathroom needs to be improved!
Food is very good. Value is good. Servers were all pleasant. Only downside is seating is quite tight
Delish! Homemade pasta was fabulous!
A favorite of our! Food and service are always excellent!
The restaurant is old world Italian in décor and rather noisy. Our server was very attentive but the kitchen appeared slow. Food was decent but lacked any type of wow. Overall decent for a night with the kids but not sure if we would return again.
We were very pleased with the industrial decor and the food which is cooked to order was amazing! The menu offered a good variety and prices were reasonable. We will definitely return.
My family and I really enjoy this restaurant. The food it’s always good. It’s served hot and it’s fresh. They could do better with their wine list, in my opinion.
I’ve been there for date night, larger family gatherings and meeting friends after work for dinner. It can get super busy but tonight it was not and we had practically the entire place to ourselves until we were there for about an hour. The servers are attentive, but not overly so, and friendly. Tonight’s experience did not disappoint.
Fresh dishes All dishes made to order, great service,
Great Italian food!!! Went on New Years Eve so busy and service a bit slow but totally understandable.
Best Italian food on Shrewsbury St. Great service is a constant here. Quality of food and portions are well worth the it.
Breadsticks and ravioli appetizers were great. I had the twin medallion filet entree which is yo die for . Girlfriend loves the chicken parmigiana. Sauce is on point
Delicious food and great service! Restaurant is a bit loud but otherwise lovely
