Beautiful place with good food . Thank you
Like most things in Las Vegas, Picasso was very expensive and a bit contrived. One reason my wife and I decided to dine there was their extensive collection of original Picasso's. Shortly after making our reservation, it was noted in the press that Picasso decided to sell most of their Picasso's. When we arrived, only one remained. The rest had been shipped to New York for auction. The food was very good, but not on the scale of 11 Madison Park or the French Laundry, although the prices rivaled those legendary eateries. The wine list is on par with Bern's Steak House with selections ranging to $75,000 a bottle. I had the tasting menu with the Premium Wine Pairings and, I must say, the sommelier knew his business. It was consistantly the best wine pairings I've ever had. (It's the main reason Picaaso gets a "4" rather than a "3" on this rating scale) The Gran Manier souffle for dessert was also a treat. The Picasso also is right along side the Bellagio Water Fountain which does a show every 30 minutes (every 15 inutes after 8 p.m.). If you do not find exploding water nozzles to be too disconcerting during your meal, it's kind of fun. Our waiter was professional, but not overly engaging. Yeah, we might recommend this to a friend, but with Gordon Ramsey, Guy Savoy, and Joel Robuchon in town, there's alot to choose from in the fine dining arena.
Really beautiful experience at Picasso. Seafood and steak menu to the left was outstanding!
To enter Picasso is to step into a gracious, hospitable, welcoming atmosphere which soothes the senses after the cacophony of Las Vegas. A relaxed pace marks the dining experience, while polished, attentive service insures that the experience is personalized. Each food item is beautifully presented and delicious. Yes, the evening will leave its mark on the wallet, but it is worth every cent. This is a restaurant to which we return again and again. At this visit, our first since the pandemic drought, we were pleased to see that standards had not changed. From the greeting we received at the entrance, the quality of the food and grace of the service, to the traditional parting gift of chocolates, the experience we enjoy was there.
Picasso offers 2 set menus and no a la carte. My husband and I had the menu degustation. The warm quail salad, foie gras, crab gnocchi, venison, veal chop, souffle and espresso cake were all excellent. The souffle was made nontraditionally by a faster method but it was nevertheless very good. The dishes were classic French. The presentation was beautiful. Service was impeccable, nonintrusive, not fussy. A bonus was being able to see the Bellagio fountain display throughout the meal. The menu degustation was $132 pp. This is at the high end of what we are accustomed to spending even for fine dining but we left very satisfied and would definitely return. Even during the COVID pandemic, a reservation was necessary days ahead of time.
Anniversary. Everyone from the hostess, server, GM and person filling my water wished us a happy anniversary and made us feel special.
Food was wonderful. The scallop literally melted in my mouth. Views are also wonderful. We were able to see the Bellagio water show twice done the restaurant has a patio right in the water.
A beautiful, however, a bit warm evening! Seated outside, as requested. Had a beautiful view of the "lake", the strip, Eifel tower, and of course, the fantastic, always changing, Bellagio fountain show! So close we could sometimes feel the spray from the water blasts. ( quite refreshing actually)! The service ( Mac and Michael) and team, was exceptional. Truly professional and un hurried. The food of course, was fantastic! From the first bite of the Amuse bouche, to the last bite of the beautiful and scrumptious deserts, I knew we were in for something special. They did not disappoint. One of the finest over all dining experiences I've had in awhile. Bravo.
Our waiter didn’t seem to have the enthusiasm to match the restaurant. The brief interactions with the sommelier were excellent and servers who brought food to the table were great energy.
The food was outstanding and the service was impeccable. Thank you everyone this night was perfect!
Picasso was great! Went to see the Picasso’s on the walls before they were sold, but they were already gone. The restaurant is beautiful! Our servers were great! Especially out primary server and the young French server young man who served us our food and meticulously described each dish . So nice! I particularly appreciate our primary server helping me find my necklace that dropped to the floor as we were leaving the restaurant! Thank you Picasso! Highly recommend!!!
Flew in from San Antonio anticipating this dining experience to be the best and it definitely was. From the moment I sat down I started to receive top notch service. We celebrated my birthday and a gentleman kindly sat me where I’d have the best view of the Bellagio fountain. I ordered 3 of the most amazing cosmos I’ve ever had with my dinner that consisted of an amuse bouche, followed by a warm quail salad that was perfectly seasoned. The tuna tartare was somehow a familiar pleasant tartare but much different than I’ve tried before. My main course was the fallow deer; what a concept to pair it with caramelized blueberries. I was very impressed with their deserts as well. I finished my meal off with a cappuccino. If my meal wasn’t enough, they brought a tray with miniature pastries to top you off (I couldn’t partake as everything was so amazing I couldn’t fit another bite if I tried).
My dining experience was worth every penny and I will be happy to recommend coming here to any of my friends, family and colleges. Will return next time I’m in Vegas!
A classic and quintessential fine dining experience. Of particular note is the wine service and selections.
View outside on the patio facing the fountains was incredible and we were pleased with each course as each came out. Would recommend for a proposal, wedding anniversary, special birthday. Wonderful experience!
Beautiful setting and ambiance, great food, and impeccable service.
It was amazing! They accommodated all the plates to my gluten allergy. Will definitely return in my next visit to Las Vegas!
Amazing experience, food and service was excellent.
Great Great Great Great
Wonderful experience. Great food and service from staff as always!
Incredible Michelin star restaurant. One of the best we've ever had. Amazing.
Great place to eat and great service
Amazing food, romantic setting out on the patio, impeccable service. One of the best meals of my life.
Amazing… thanks in particular to José and Jesús, the service was incredible in addition to the food and the view…
Our food was excellent and service was wonderful. We sat outside on the patio and had the perfect view of the Bellagio fountains.
Waiter and staff where rude, the treated us like we didn’t belong…. Maybe because we were young or maybe they are just snobby.
Best meal of my life - awesome food, awesome service, do the wine pairing - totally worth it!
Amazing… food excelent, wine perfect
Wow! Great dining experience. Everything was perfection!
Absolutely terrible food. No flavor, or imagination. I can’t believe the bellagio would put their name with this restaurant
The staff at Picasso made my birthday extra special. The meal, the service, and the view was impeccable. I highly recommend Picasso for any occasion.
This was the most beautiful restaurant I've ever dined in. Very romantic and elegant. Great for an anniversary dinner, birthday or Mother's Day. The fountain views are fantastic. I preferred sitting inside and looking out at the fountains so I could enjoy the ambiance of the restaurant. Service was excellent. The menu choices were good and you could swap out items on the menu. Plus the chef gave nice freebies like amuse bouche, a tasting of desserts and chocolate to go!
This is one of my most favorite restaurants in the world!
We went there for our birthdays.... ours are a day apart
Great food and service. Love their tasting menus. The place to go for a quiet special meal.
Service was not as attentive as our last visit. They served me a well done steak when I asked for medium rare; fixing the error took so long we were late for our show which we told them about (730 dinner, 1030 show). Took 30 min to flag down the check. Food was good except for the steak mess up. Sommelier was wonderful.
