I came to celebrate my birthday with my girlfriend. I love the seats, where I can see the springs out of window. I love how people come to fill the water bottle. I love the atmosphere which is kind of mysterious. I love the food which is tasty!

Really friendly and professional staff. Treated my 10 year old daughter and my family well, which can be rare with other restaurants nearby (looking at you Nobu).

Picasso's at the Bellagio is a special place for celebrating an intimate anniversary dinner with a special person. It holds the high standards as most white linen restaurants in the US and holds the standards of fine dining in the EU well. The outside tourists and the look-at-me crowd was present, but tolerable given that it is LV. The business crowd should dress up better, but they did behave well and were not noisy intrusive. The food and wine selections were superb and our sommelier/server (Robert) was a masterful. A very memorable event for our 42nd anniversary. A definite must return again, soon. Dress up and study up on wine/food pairing, or let Robert handle them. I do expect that they will maintain their high standards on our return.

This restaurant was the one my husband and I were excited about and the food was just okay for us. I ordered the pan seared gnocchi and half of them were burnt and when I told the waiter he got extremely defensive and told me that’s how it was supposed to look. I highly doubt they serve Burt gross gnocchi but I wasn’t a fan. The rest of the meal was ok. Restaurant was nice but after the defensive waiter I probably won’t return next time I visit.

The food was great but at a restaurant like this I expect more than great food. We were sat in the 'kiddy' section. There is a row of seating along the back wall by the bathroom hallway that they sat all the young couples. It was very obvious and really upsetting. Our waiter also treated us and the couple next to us like we were one table which really took away from the experience. It was pretty disappointing.

I’ve had dinner here before when they had the original Picasso’s hanging and it was great. You can tell they are trying to sell or have already gave up on this restaurant. The food was good but it was just a different experience now. They should train their people to pick up metal chairs on the patio instead of dragging them around. We had about 15 minutes of metal chairs dragging around. Out on the patio it is beautiful with the view of Paris and the Bellagio water show going on.
The dinner was very good but $150 extra for a wagyu steak wasn’t. All in all everything was good but there is just something different from the staff that wasn’t as good as the last time.

This was our first time dining at Picasso. Overall we really enjoyed it. The food was outstanding! Our server seemed annoyed that he had to be there which in turn made things a bit uncomfortable. He kept trying to push the alcohol, presumably to boost the sale. This was after we had told him that my husband does not drink. Felt like he was way less attentive based on that. We really enjoyed the food and overall atmosphere. We both had the Prix Fixe menu. Excellent!

Phenomenal Food, Changing Ambience, Declining Service
I have being going to Picasso for years, looking for the unique ambience and the experience. I have never being disappointed UNTIL NOW.
Food top notch as always. The dishes were executed with perfection.
The ambience; we are used to dine under Picasso paintings, which now all removed and being auctioned. Used to be quite and place for romantic celebration. Now you see the crowds and those loud young crowd who come for a drink and a dish just to say "we ate at Picasso". (Not the restaurant fault and they should serve everyone without restriction, limitation or discrimination… but I am making a point of how the ambience is changing).
They do not accommodate requests: I made a reservation way in advance and requested a corner table away from groups. We (the couple) were seated in the middle of the room just in front of the waiters and sommeliers table with heavy traffic, and half way in the dinner, the loud young group of ladies arrived with their nightclub attires.
Sommelier was very busy and did not give us much attention and neither to the proper pairing for the dishes. We just expected more when we order the premium pairing as we always do and we were never disappointed before.
Service: too many mistakes and shortcoming for this level of dinning establishment.
Well, I guess this is post Covid, life is changing…. Why not Picasso.
So, after 15 years of visiting this restaurant for special occasions, it may be the last time.

There are way too many bad things happening. Let me write the whole story here and summarize it. I came to Vegas for food this time. Picasso was a Michelin 2 Star, and I expected to receive excellent food and services.

However, when I entered with a reservation, there was no table reserved. The table I got was the table on the very outside next to the waiter/server station. No views for birthday celebration and being in the intersection that everyone went in and out by us. There wasn't any greeting after we sat down, and we waited about 10 minutes before we got the food menu. There wasn't any drink menu even after all food served

To start with, when serving, the bread didn't even come with butter or sauce. Overall, no explanation on how to start the food. For example, They didn't explain the best way to eat one course with 2+ dishes. Moreover, the server almost didn't talk until the very end before tipping. For example, he doesn't care about if the food tasting is good or not, but just took away the plates. Only before the end did he ask if everything was alright. However, we still didn't receive a liquid or drink menu for dessert before leaving the restaurant.

About the food, it's not bad. Nevertheless, is it good enough? My wife and I had eaten in numerous Michelin 1 Star restaurants. Even during this visit, we went to Joel Robuchon and Hell's Kitchen. The food is only as good as a 1 star. The server/waiter can't tell when the knife and fork crossed meaning that the food is really bad. I feel sad that they don't recognize it as fine dining.

Lastly, I gave a 14% tip and asked for the manager to talk with. At the time, there was no manager at all, and we waited another few minutes before they could find one. After talking to the manager about the situation described above. I couldn't tell if he understood it, and I wish I gave them a 0% tip.

Summary: okay food, bad services, forgotten food, no drink menu, slow response, bad management

Visit Picasso if you are in a mood for a bad experience.
I visit many high-end restaurants, some with Michelin stars, but this place is just a failed gimmick with overall experience of an overrated Red Lobster.
I'll spare the commentary about the staff issues.
Location: it is good, but only 20% of tables have a good view of the Bellagio fountains.
Wine selection: below average. Some $150 wines can be found in a supermarket for $30..
Food: starting with the lobster salad with lobster shell pieces still in it, the rest of the food was hit and miss.
Presentation: can't say anything bad about it. It is pretty..
Overall experience: The owner should be ashamed of the product his restaurant is right now.
