   Piatti has a nice elegant vibe. The food was good, the drinks were strong, and the service was great. 10/10 place.

   Seating by the exit to outside seating where the door key slamming. Server never checked on us. Overall disappointing experience!

   Food was over-cooked and over sauced and spiced. Service was slow. Piattis has really declined in quality the last few years at both locations in San Antonio. I doubt I will ever return.

   The Short Rib dish was delicious. It has great patio dining. However, the service was inconsistent.

   Food came cold, server did not inform the manager nor ask just handed us the bill, did not poor the wine, did not know the menu. More training is needed for the staff at this restaurant. First restaurant of our trip and very sad we had such a bad experience

   We had dinner last night , and it was disappointing .. between four of us, two dishes came out wrong-not what we ordered. Surprisingly our waiter didn’t do anything about it or took them out of our bill.. I’m not returning, which is sad, because I used to love this restaurant and it’s location

   Very nice place. Perfect for a business lunch or dinner. Their eggplant parmesan was superb! Any pasta option will be perfect.

    Food was not very flavorful and definitely not worth the price. Staff was friendly and ambience was nice though.
