Can always find something delicious and leaves you feeling great and ready to go. The science behind their menu is amazing. Try True Foods tonight. Great for healthy, perfectly packed, take out too. Burgers, tenders and pizza for the kiddos and Salmon, Ahi, and Steaks for the bigs. Salads, bowls, and fantastic apps. TFK always comes through.. We love the Ancient Grain bowl with grilled shrimp and the Chopped Steak Salad. 10/10.

I know that I give a lot of 5 stars to the restaurants we visit, but True Food Kitchen tops my list! If you eat healthy this is the place to go for outstanding food and service. We split the gluten-free Lasagna and Flourless Chocolate Cake with Vegan Ice Cream on this visit and were very impressed. Our server, Amanda, was very personable and took great care of us. We love the fact that this restaurant is seed-oil free and has plenty of gluten-free options. We highly recommend it!

Great restaurant with a nice ambiance of natural light, open space and comfortable seating. The service was attentive and prompt. I brought a large group to the restaurant, and they were able to accommodate us with all of our allergies. The food was delicious! My team specifically enjoyed the Fata appetizer and the hummus. We mostly had salads and ahi tuna bowls that were fresh and tasty.
