Enjoyed our dinner alot! The sea bass special was outstanding. The fish was fresh and plantiful and my request to have it served on double asparagus was welcomed. My partner ordered the short ribs. It was combined with fresh pasta and was outstanding. The best discovery of the night was a $45 french pinot noir that tasted like a much more expensive version. And the tiramasui was top notch! Service was attentive but not overly so. My only disappointment was the manhattan...a bit too much sweet vermouth. Highly recommend!

The potato crusted oysters were absolutely amazing!

Old Spaniard cocktails and Materra Midnight wine delicious as were the wild boar cannelloni, butter chicken and tropical cheesecake. Cassie is the best server. She is always friendly and prompt. The live music was also excellent.

Dinner was excellent from start to finish! Service was great! All our food from oysters to appetizers to entrees to desert were phenomenal! Dillon, our server, was Top-Notch! Thank you!

It has been awhile since we dined at Euphemia Haye, one of our favorite restaurants close to home. Lately I have been reading some pretty scathing reviews saying how the food and service have gone downhill since the new owners took over. I am here to say that EVERYTHING was, as always, absolutely first rate. I had the veal special (veal natasha) and it was perfection. Tender veal and such a flavorful sauce. Their creamed spinach has not wavered in the 25 years we have been dining here. My wife's lamb shank was tender, juicy and enormous. The staff graciously let her sub mashed cauliflower (another of our long time favorites) for the mashed du jour. Perfect cocktails, attentive and friendly service from a long time employee. We did not have room for dessert, but plenty of diners were heading up to the Haye Loft, so they must be doing something right.
