This is the best restaurant I’ve been to in Mexico City.

A lunch we’ll never forget. After spending 10 days exploring CDMX, Blanco Colima delivered a moment that stopped us in our tracks. The setting is breathtaking — a beautifully restored Porfirian mansion with an atmosphere that balances elegance and ease. But what truly made our experience unforgettable was the care and attention we received from Antonio, our server. His service was nothing short of poetic — attentive, graceful, and full of heart. He anticipated everything we needed before we even asked, and made the entire afternoon feel like something out of a film. The food? Impeccable. Every dish was a symphony of flavor and intention. Easily the best meal of our entire trip — and perhaps, of our lives. Blanco Colima isn’t just a restaurant. It’s a memory in the making. Don’t miss it.

Wow! We just had such a beautiful experience at Migrante, every single aspect was pure love and perfection with just absolutely wonderful service of the highest caliber from Vale.
