Food was excellent! We did the tasting menu and every course was outstanding. Some of the courses were a little big but that’s okay! Sebastian was an amazing server and took great care of us! He was great at describing each dish. We had a great time for my Moms birthday!

A hidden gem on Calle Cerra! Last night I visited Prole with two friends and we had an incredible experience from start to finish. The cocktail menu is diverse and creative—perfect for anyone who enjoys trying new mixes. The food menu is small, but thoughtfully curated, offering something for every palate. We started with a few appetizers and they were absolutely spectacular—beautifully presented and bursting with flavor. The main courses were just as impressive, and we ended the night with their house-made ice cream, which was the perfect sweet touch. The atmosphere at Prole is charming and relaxed, with music that really complements the vibe of the space. But what truly stood out was the service. Our server was incredibly attentive, friendly, and knew the menu inside and out. Her recommendations were spot-on and made our night even more enjoyable. Highly recommend for a night out in Santurce—can’t wait to go back!
