- CCHIETokyo Metropolitan Area •1 review5.0Dined 4 days agoWe had a truly unforgettable Easter Sunday brunch at 1919 Restaurant. The ambiance was stunning and relaxing, and the staff made our experience feel so special from start to finish. We started with the Trio of Crudos and Prime Beef Tartare — both were incredibly fresh and beautifully plated. For the second course, we had the Gnocchetti Pasta, which was bursting with flavor and perfectly cooked. For the main dish, we both chose the Prime Beef — juicy, tender, and paired wonderfully with the grilled asparagus and ramps-yuzu sabayon. The Easter Dessert Table was pure magic — from the Pistachio-Vanilla Tart to the Chocolate-Hazelnut Petit Gâteau, everything was exquisite. Huge thanks to the team, especially William, Eugenio, and Emanuel, for the warm hospitality and impeccable service. Highly recommend this elegant dining experience — can’t wait to come back!More info1919 Restaurant at The Condado VanderbiltPrice: Very Expensive• Farm-to-table• San Juan•4.6
