ORDERED THE LEMON DROP, SPLIT THE WEDGE SALAD WITH OUR TABLE AND HAD THE SCOTTISH SALMON FOR MY MAIN. ABSOLUTE PERFECTION WITH EACH PART OF THE MEAL.     All the staff were amazing - especially Fred. Food was good quality - we did the breakfast buffet and ordered off the menu. Solid portions, flavorful, and not over seasoned. Coffee and water refilled promptly. We wanted toast with our buffet and they brought it out separately when we noticed it wasn’t on the buffet line. Nice seating areas. Quiet even though other tables were full.

    The food was great. We had a variety of different foods and they all were delicious. The staff is very attentive. The views are beautiful and you get fireworks at night. It really is worth coming.
