   Restaurant was closed on a Saturday night despite taking our reservation. Just as well as it was as it did not look very clean

   If you can get over the decor, the blaring music, and the ventilator noise, the food is excellent. Salads were brilliant as were all the mezze. Very reasonably priced and you can bring your own wine but perhaps not a romantic or lingering evening

   I like Lebanese food but this was not exceptional. Service excellent but ambience soulless

   I booked Phoenicia as it had good reviews and was something a little different for a reunion get together. Age group 50+ and there was 11 of us. The service was great, food excellent and when the bill arrived we were pleasantly surprised. We were given table starters of olives and humours. I ordered the chicken swarma and fatoush salad. The portions were generous and washed down with some great fruit juices ( Apple and peach). Waitress service was second to none and really friendly. Will definitely recommend to others. Great location, near to tube line.

   The restaurant is pretty basic and I nearly turned away, but we got a good welcome, and the menu was enticing... so imagine my surprise when the food turned out to be lovely. The best baba ganoush I've ever had, with pomegranite seeds, and a refreshing and tasty fatoush. Lamb cutlets and chips were good to eat with fingers if that's what you like. When I thought the meal was over they brought freshly cut fruit and little baklavas. No alcohol here but pleasant mint tea. I recommend this place for an unpretentious meal at a fair price. The lamb cutlets were quite expensive, but there are lots of cheaper things on the menu that would be just as good.

   The food was absolutely delicious and the service was excellent. The meat was incredibly tender and the portions were huge. I would happily eat here again. The prices were also very reasonable.

   While the food, service and value were all excellent, Phoencia is more of a cafe than a restaurant. The lighting, decor and table layout is quite harsh, and they don't serve alcohol. Great for lunch or dinner on a budget, but not for an intimate dining experience.
