Fried Seafood Trio

Very limited menu- Horrible service- Got order wrong. Used to be an awesome place but sadly is a shell of its former self.
Great service. Crab cake sandwich was yummy. Hope to be in the area again.
We had eaten at Phillips before. Their food is always great. On this occasion, we had a very pleasent wait person. That made our experience that much better
I was highly disappointed. I visited Phillips in Ocean City,MD and in Atlantic City a few years ago and I loved the food. So why not try Baltimore Harbor.... complete upset... $50 for a seafood bucket which was dry. I had the broil trio and there was a hair in my food. Drinks were watered down. Needless to say I will never go back. The menu is not the same. The server Greyson was amazing and supportive along with the Mgr on shift.
Cortnee was great, very perceptive server!
All other staff was also great
Britany listened was concerned and found my 83 year old mom a table away from others to make sure she was safer from Covid....Thank you Britany
I thought Phillips was a premium place but I was wrong, its equivalent to a fancy applebee's
The food menu was pedestrian with nothing you wouldnt expect out of a standard american restaurant.
The lighting was nearly off like it was spooky cabin in a horror movie dark, like romantic candle lit dinner dark but in the entire restaurant
We had the shrimp spring rolls as an appetizer and it was tasteless but well prepared as if the chef really cared about what they made and presented but was told explicitly to make it as bland as possible, and the sauce with it as well, this was moderately saved by the pinneapple sweet chili sauce that was so good it we bought a bottle
The entrees we had were the crab cake special and the fish and chips . The crab cake was well prepared had no filler and tasted good and so did the side of mashed potatoes with garlic
The fish and chips where average but the fish was of great quality ...
All and all it was good but I had higher expectations
Food was excellent, and wine fill was generous. Very nice meal.
Our server was amazing !
Food was decent, definitely have had better for the price. Our waiter Anthony was incredibly attentive, friendly, and funny. He definitely made the whole experience worth it!
The waiter was initially attentive but the service decreased from there. We ordered oysters for an appetizer. Forty minutes passes the oysters never arrived. We asked our waiter for the status of the oysters he said he’ll check on them... then our meal arrived. At that point there was no need for the oysters. We ordered the pound of snow crab each for two people and one order crab cake sandwich. As the pound of crab legs arrived, we were not provided utensils. It was twenty minutes before the utensils arrived. We asked for them. It was towards the very end of the meal that we received refills. We planned on ordering desserts but then decided to go to another restaurant. Just wish the experience could have been better.
Dominque was delightful! She was very friendly, checked on all her tables regularly and got our food out quickly!
The crab bucket was messy and tasty.
Good food and service on a rainy day!
I was so disappointed. The first time I went to Phillips it was fabulous. This time it was just eh. The waitress was just ok. She unfortunately brought our appetizers and dinner at the same time. So by the time I ate my dinner it was cool. The food was just ok. The bisque which should be thick and creamy was watery. The crab dip was just ok. My wife’s is better. Not sure we will return.
The server that was sent to us really was not of comfort to dine in. He took too much time in between to check up on us while we were eating. Unfortunately the utensils needed for food order that was placed had to be requested which I felt was unnecessary. An appetizer was charged on the bill, had to be reminded again of an offer shown to him. For some reason I felt comfortable to another server dropping our food over. Will most likely be my first and last dining experience with this restaurant. I believe in patronizing a business, this experience had me and my fiancé in agreement of poor service.
Was a very good experience. Easy to make reservations, location not bad, food was good, and customer service outstanding. Made for a good location to take my daughter for her birthday!
Great service and delicious food
For our first “fully vaccinated” trip, it was a great meal and wonderful service— and boy have we missed dining out!
Our server was overwhelmed with a large kids party. She came to re-fill our beverages AFTER our meal was over. She failed to check on us during the meal. She was surprised of my generous tip. I hope she does better in the future. OBTW - that was our first time dining out in 13 months.
Very nice dinner and service!
Every staff person was great to interact with. Wait service was on top of everything, and so friendly. The food was incredible, and the beer was ice cold!!
What more could you ask?
Crab tasted old and fishy. Service took forever. Waitress could not even accommodate us with butter?!? Claimed only liquid form was available. Horrible quality and service. I will not be returning.
Excellent service and food! Will be back again.
Very very disappointing meal. Frozen fish frozen crab. Don’t go eat there unless you don’t know good seafood
Very busy restaurant but worth it. Even with a reservation we waited a little while. The waiter wasn't very attentive and it took awhile for service. But the food was amazing. The restaurant is beautiful. It was a great overall experience.
Great service, reasonable prices and the food was good. Definitely a place to include in your list of places to eat at Baltimore Inner Harbor.
The food was cold, shrimp was not deveined, and the snow crabs were not cleaned very well.
Was so looking forward to this as we drive thru Baltimore and was so disappointed. We started with calimari that somehow managed to be greasy and tasteless . I had really wanted blue crabs, but they were unavailable so I settled for the crab cakes. They were the highlight of the meal, not much filler and big chunks of crabs. Sides were goods as well. My husband had the fish and chips which again were super greasy and he didn’t finish them.
Service was average. Don’t think we’ll ever be back.
The Food was very good! My waiter was very attentive and helpful
Everything was perfect on my first to many visit. Love it
Food was excellent. Perfectly seasoned. And the drinks were superb. I’m not sure who seasons our shrimp and cod but it was delicious. Of course the bartender who made the piña colada and the daiquiri made them so fresh and deliciously smooth. All the ingredients were put together nicely. We will be back!
We were able to dine outside so our view was quite pleasant and the noise just normal outside sounds. We had a reservation but when we arrived there was a very long line waiting to see hostess. I go in a side door and went directly to hostess. Even though I politely asked the first couple if I could just ask a question the woman rolled her eyes and looked at her companion. The hostess said even though I had a reservation I would have to go to the end of the line “to be fair”. We first get seated against a wall with one of us facing the wall and the table unbalanced. We waited to ask if the three of us could move to a four person table but no one around, so we just moved. There really was no fresh seafood. The fish was of course salmon. I asked the wait person if the crab cake had much filler or was it all crab. She replied it had a reasonable amount of filler but if I ordered and didn’t like I could send back or not pay. Once food delivered we never saw her again at our table. The crab cake was fair at best but nothing like what I make. We ordered one of the special drinks for our granddaughter only to find it included coconut which I don’t recall it mentioning, which meant she didn’t drink. The wait person was nice, we just really never saw her. We had to ask for the check. I’m sorry to seem so hard.
The best part of this restaurant was our server Cory. He was very friendly, had a great attitude and was very informative. This was our first time eating out since covid hit and boy was it great to have a waiter like him. Would definitely recommend this place because of HIM!!!
The female Hostes wasn’t as friendly but Cory and what appeared to be the manager were great!!
Comfort!! They were good to go with Social distancing! Food was good...burger with crab cake on top delicious & my Long island iced tea was on point.
Ate at the crab deck. The seafood pots were not as good as previous visits. Service was just ok
Food was good overall. Crab soup was the best item of the meal. Dip was ok. Crab cake was a favorite as well.
Outside seating near the harbor is amazing (in the right season). The seafood was phenomenal.
It was good. Loved loved loved our server
For the price my husband and spent we've had much better food. Steamed bucket of mussels n shrimp, they forgot the shrimp. When I received it we received more shrimp on the cold shrimp appetizer then the bucket. 2drinks 2steamed buckets 1 appetizer $140....gluten free wise not much. The only reason this place was picked.
The service, food and overall experience was mediocre. Not sure if it was due COVID or spring break, but the service was slow from start to finish. After making 630 reservations for a Tuesday evening, there was still a delay in getting a table. The service was slow due to our wait staff covering a large area. The food was also mediocre. Not sure I would return or recommend.
