Food was excellent. Perfectly seasoned. And the drinks were superb. I’m not sure who seasons our shrimp and cod but it was delicious. Of course the bartender who made the piña colada and the daiquiri made them so fresh and deliciously smooth. All the ingredients were put together nicely. We will be back!
The best part of this restaurant was our server Cory. He was very friendly, had a great attitude and was very informative. This was our first time eating out since covid hit and boy was it great to have a waiter like him. Would definitely recommend this place because of HIM!!!
The female Hostes wasn’t as friendly but Cory and what appeared to be the manager were great!!
Comfort!! They were good to go with Social distancing! Food was good...burger with crab cake on top delicious & my Long island iced tea was on point.
Ate at the crab deck. The seafood pots were not as good as previous visits. Service was just ok
Nice experience.
Food was good overall. Crab soup was the best item of the meal. Dip was ok. Crab cake was a favorite as well.
Outside seating near the harbor is amazing (in the right season). The seafood was phenomenal.
It was good. Loved loved loved our server
For the price my husband and spent we've had much better food. Steamed bucket of mussels n shrimp, they forgot the shrimp. When I received it we received more shrimp on the cold shrimp appetizer then the bucket. 2drinks 2steamed buckets 1 appetizer $140....gluten free wise not much. The only reason this place was picked.
The service, food and overall experience was mediocre. Not sure if it was due COVID or spring break, but the service was slow from start to finish. After making 630 reservations for a Tuesday evening, there was still a delay in getting a table. The service was slow due to our wait staff covering a large area. The food was also mediocre. Not sure I would return or recommend.
No wait time. Excellent hostess & waitress
Service was mediocre but the food was great. Hostess seemed put out when asked if we could sit outside.
Phillips Seafood at the Baltimore Inner Harbor was the perfect setting for celebrating my wife's 65th Birthday. The setting and service were exceptional, the food was amazing, and the total value was beyond expectation. The only thing that out shone the Smith Island Trio was the Mango Sangria! Job well done Phillips Team. We will be back for my own 65th Birthday celebration.
The restaurant was open to limited occupancy this first warm weekend. The menu is still simple but was tasty of typical Phillips. Would return after a few weeks.
A traditional seafood house that has maintained quality in its food preparation and service
The service was terrible, the food was ok but very tourist atmosphere
There are way better places just outside the inner harbor
Disappointed
The food was terrible. We ordered the steamed crab bucket. No flavor with whole non peeled potatoes and a pink sausage. Yuk!
Food and patio area were great and prices were expected. Server could have been more attentive. Had to ask for plates, napkins, silverware, and crab tools.
I thought the experience and food was really good, I will definitely come back again.
Food was subpar relative to the cost, one cut above fast food.
Best Crab Cakes I've ever had. Service was fantastic. Can't wait to go back to Baltimore and bring my family there.
I heard a lot of good things about Phillips and wanted to get a firsthand experience. From walking in the restaurant looked at warn and in need of an upkeep. I ordered a froze cocktail which was pretty good. And then ordered a crab cake and Cesar salad. The dressing was very tart which made the salad less enjoyable. The crab cake was also rather underwhelming. In summation the overall experience was okay but definitely did not live up to all of the hype.
The waiter was very friendly and the food was delicious!
Great food, friendly service, food came out fast and was great
The food was incredible and the staff were super friendly!! Can’t wait to go back!
The food was ok just not a lot. Also my bf ordered a Caesar salad as an appetizer and asked for extra dressing and extra croutons, whch did not come out as he asked. Then it took the water forever to bring it out. I wont be going back only because its better food in the surrounding area.
Excellent service and food on a cold night. Much appreciated.
Really nice and peaceful
Love this place, the food and the service. I definitely recommend it.
Good food, great service and decent atmosphere. The crab cakes were good but not all it was cracked up to be in my opinion, not worth the $32.
I went for my birthday but the ran out of some appetizer I wanted and a drink my son wanted. Our reservation was at 5:30 pm on a Saturday so I was shocked that they ran out of some of the food items.
Our server was excellent. I think it was a limited menu due to COVID reopening so will look forward to trying again in the future
We ordered the crab dip, broiled seafood trio, and Ultimate burger. Overall, really delicious. The server was excellent really friendly. Would definitely going back again if in the area. I would consider myself to be fluffy, the chairs weren't super comfortable. They are oddly shaped and the arms on the chair kind of cut into my hips. But, it wasn't unmanageable. If I go back I will ask for a booth.
The fish & chips is the best I have had in a long time.
Some of the dishes were just "ok" but our server Start was phenomenal, very attentive and nice!!
Service and food are always excellent! A true taste of Maryland!
The service was fast and friendly even during covid.
Went for Saturday brunch. Service was decent. Food was underwhelming. Cream of Crab Soup was absymal. I won’t be returning.
Love everything about it this restaurant. I visit every year.
The food was good. But I expected Amazing. It wasn’t that
