   All the food was over salted, my reservation ran 20 minutes over just was not a very good experience

   It surprised me to see the limitation this restaurant had for vegetarians. There are no alternatives or substitution. Everything is made with chicken stock or bouillon. After being told no, no, sorry we can’t do that, I paid for the soda and chips and walked away. I was pretty disappointed.

   Went in on Wednesday after making reservations for 6:30. Didn't leave until 8:30pm.... Because, service was slow. It was a beautiful day outside so we sat outside. Our waiter/ waitresses was nowhere to be found. We had to stop a waitress walking by. A manager came to take our drink order... Someone else finally took our order.... Drinks did not come out until we asked a different waitress to please check on our drinks.... We wanted a second round... Waited for another long time , had to stop someone again, and ask for another round... This time it was a different manager. Got our food. Puffy tacos were not good so my son did not eat them. My food was good. We got the check.... So I went to the restroom.... It was disgusting. The first two toilets we're covered in bodily fluids..... I was so happy I didn't see that before I had my meal! My friends recommend this place. But they said it was never this bad.

   Very disappointed. Lot of customers go there as we tried to go the night before and it was packed. Can't see why some many flock there. I made a reservation for the night that I went. Reservation was honored. Chairs and tables were too close. My grandson kept having to move to let people by. Service was average. Waiter had bigger tables to wait on, I guess. The chip and dip arrived. Dip too salty. Then, the food arrives. I had the Mexicana Steak. Expected it to be a little spicy. It wasn't. The charro beans had no flavor. The steak strips were tough and gristlely. Couldn't chew it. Worst meat that I have ever eaten. My family commented that their food was too salty. Expecially the refried beans. The manager did come over to ask how the food was. I tend to be frank. Told her my steak was the worst that I have ever had. She did comp my meal. Regardless, I would have paid anyway. But, I do appreciate the offer. I will NOT recommend it to anyone. Nor will I go back.

   We arrived a few minutes late for our reservation. But there wasn’t a problem because there were plenty of tables. We were seated and waited 15 minutes without any water or acknowledgement from a server. At that point I got up and walked out. Too bad. I heard the place is good. But they lost a customer of family of 7.

    Terrible, terrible food! We have hosted two parties in the back room, and dined at least 20 times at this location, and have never had such a bad overall experience. My daughter's fajita plate meat was fatty and had a bad taste. They took it back, but she was so grossed out, she wouldn't order something else. I was also surprised to be charged an extra $1.00 for a tiny cup of extra cheese with the fajitas! My tortilla soup was cold, tasted like dishwater, and was lacking chicken, tomatoes, cheese etc. I had to ask for the tortilla strips. I expected two regular shrimp tacos-was served three mini tacos with tiny shrimp on doey corn? tortillas, with a sprinkle of lettuce, tomato, and cheese, and no sauce (menu said sauce). My husband's enchiladas had large lumps of potato, and the dish was just ordinary. Even the sodas (Pepsi) did not taste good. We are not returning, if this is your new menu. We did not want to make a scene and complain about so many things, but we all left feeling hungry!!! Hope you get someone to work on the quality of your dishes.
