Great food, great service, great drinks, booths are a little beat up.
Nice menu and wine selection
Friday nite 7pm was perfect. Waitress, apps, meal, drinks were on point. Great ambiance and atmosphere. Will definitely come back for the sautéed chicken milanese! Delish!
Food was decent- Salmon overcooked- wait staff never checked to see if it was satisfactory
The food is very good. I always enjoy my meal here.
The food was great. The server seemed new but wasn't terrible.
The food is great! I love the Tuscan Mussels and the wedge salad. It is always great!
Really great place with some amazing food and fantastic service!
I did have one problem on of the food orders did not come out out and was very late in being served in fairness they did comp the meal and a drink, was very satisfied with the resulution.
The food was very good. Service was on the slow side. Don't think there were enough servers.
Bright, clean and well spaced tables. Food was fantastic, and Ellen was the best!
We went for a Mother's Day/birthday dinner had reservations at 6:30 and were seated and greeted immediately. Even the Mother's Day is busy restaurant day the service, the attention, the food everything was outstanding. Started with appetizers of the burratta and grape tomatoes omg ( next time I'm going to ask for extra bread) and the empanadas wow! From the seafood risotto, strip steak, creme brulee it was a wonderful dinner beginning to end.
Seasoned encrusted tuna was especially good
The food was outstanding, our server was very attentive and the atmosphere was so nice .
Hadn't been to PeraBell in quite awhile due to the Pandemic, but was happy to return this past Friday. The craft cocktails were tasty, and the food delicious. The servers were helpful and diligent, and overall, a very positive experience. There was some confusion when we arrived about whether our reserved table was ready, but that was quickly remedied.
Issue with 7:15 reservation, didn’t sit down until 8:15. Manager tried and gave us free apps and a bottle of wine. But we made a reservation with the expectation we had a table available when we arrived.
The food wasn’t good, I’ve heard good things about this place but last night the food was dry, tasteless and not a good value. Short ribs gnocchi had hardly any short ribs, the chips were stale, I can go on. Not a good experience.
Food was excellent! Bacon corn chowder was the best I’ve ever had. Our server was great, very attentive and pleasant. Hadn’t been here in over a year due to COVID-19, but it was nice to see that Perabell still has high food quality and conscientious staff .
Sever was extremely inattentive to the point that the Manager came over and apologized without being asked. Then when the server did come to take our order she was noticeably more interested in serving the tables with multiple drink orders than us. food was mediocre at best. I had the seafood risotto that was so runny and flavorless and my friend who was celebrating her birthday had the steak frites. She also didn't enjoy her steak as she asked for it medium well and it was obviously rare. Definitely not worth the time and money. Will not be going back
Service was terrible.
First time back since beginning of pandemic. The food was absolutely fabulous. Pork chops perfect, my husband had chicken Milanaise that he said was best he ever had! Hamburgers were great and done exactly as asked for. Service perfect.
They won't put in your app orders until you put in your dinner order. Their spinach artichoke dip was outstanding. Their calamari was overcooked (very chew) and only the rings, no tentacles. The burrata and bruschetta were good, bruschetta had really good flavor. We were mixed on the drinks, some were strong and good and some were just okay. Everyone ordered burgers and the toppings were right but the meat was not cooked properly. Truffle fries for the upcharge you couldn't tell had truffle oil, it was very faint. All in all, it was nice, somethings were good, the ambiance was nice and the booth was comfortable and private. They followed covid restrictions (except that they took drink orders and not app orders together). Place was clean and hostess was very nice. Waitress took a long time to come back around for drink orders, etc. I wouldn't go back. With all the places in Patchogue Village, there are others that I'd rather go to.
Great spot. Great service and food. Chicken Cobb salad is my favorite salad anywhere. Highly recommend the Garlic Parm wings with marinara sauce.
Me and my girlfriend did not like the food here. Looked better then it tasted. Steak was supposed to have a butter garlic sauce but had nothing. No seasoning at all. Parmesan garlic truffle fries tasted like regular fries, no flavor. My girl had the lobster risotto and it didn’t taste good at all. Came with only 2 shrimps and she ended up just eating the shrimp and mussels, throwing out the rest. Normally I would’ve been mad but after tasting it I agreed with her. Maybe we had bad luck or just ordered the wrong food but we got the most expensive things on the menu so I don’t see how that’s possible.
Usually our go to spot, but today it was off. Waitress was no where to be found, burger was well but ordered med rare and sides were under cooked. Waitress needs to visit tables more. Drinks were empty for a while. Had to ask for ketchup 3x.
The mussels can’t be beat. It can be loud. Service is good, but much of the food is excellent.
Everyone was friendly, the service was great and the food was delicious.
As a person that visit patchogue village frequently, I often neglected Going to Perabell because in the past it was often very crowded. Obviously due to pandemic restrictions it was not. I made reservations and arrived on time, and a table was ready for us. We opted to sit at the bar instead only because we prefer that atmosphere. Each seating at the bar was separated by a plastic panel, and aside from the occasional customer coming to pick up their order who had to reach over and behind me, I enjoyed the bar Experience and the bartender was friendly and helpful.
But the food! The food was amazing! Why don’t I go here more often? I had the Aji tuna tacosFor an appetizer, and while they are very hard to pick up to eat as tacos, They are delicious! This portion is enough for a small dinner! I also ordered the salmon entrée, and it was cooked to perfection, and was equally is delicious. I loved the horseradish cream sauce with the potato latkes. Highly recommend this dish!
I can’t wait to return!
had a great time food and service were excellent will be back soon
Place was much more worn than I remember. The bar area looks adorable. But the dining area could use some new upholstery on their booths and a couple more photos on the barren walls for decor.
Flat iron steak tasty but very tough. Waitress excellent. Why no bread? All good restaurants have a bread basket. But I felt like I was in a warehouse
We always love our meals at PeraBell. Just feel the food wasn’t up to par on this visit. Onion straws are usually served with their burgers. Not sure if that description was changed on the menu but there were no onion straws but about a pound of French fries! My chicken milanese was dry and not very flavorful. Not much dressing on the arugula salad and hardly any balsamic drizzle. Their chicken Milanese is my favorite so I was a bit disappointed. Maybe it was just an off night.
Great food and drinks ! Really nice date venue for you and your significant other.
Valentine’s with my hubbie ! Accommodating to my picky eating!
Love this place.
Parabell was a nice restaurant with delicious food. The acoustics in the room did make for it to be an extremely noisy restaurant, it was a bit difficult to hear the people across the table from me. I have celiac disease and they were knowledgeable about their gluten free options.
Our party of four I had only phenomenal things to say about all of the food and drinks we had! From the fried calamari and portobello mushroom appetizers to all of our entrées, everything was absolutely delicious! Our service was excellent and we really had a nice time.
We use to always go here. But they changed the food completely. It’s not good like it use to be. The quality has gone down. The French fries are no longer cut and made from real potatoes. The hot spinach dip appetizer was very bland. The hamburger had no flavor and tasted like low quality meat.
The service was not good either and it wasn’t even busy. It took a long time to get the appetizers. The bathrooms had no changing table for my baby. Also their high chairs had broken straps so my baby was falling through. It was an unpleasant experience. Needless to say, we won’t be visiting again.
Returning customer ... usually give 5 stars for all, but we had asked for gluten free and dairy free entrees and apps, and got none. Waitress seemed inexperienced and inattentive, but our group made the best of it. Just be careful if you have gluten allergies/intolerance.
They charged me for extra dressing when what was served was not enough. Not too good of food.
Our server was outstanding. I didn't catch her name, but she was attentive and helpful and friendly. We were there on Sat. 2/2/19 at 6PM in case you can track her down, she deserves recognition for being an excellent server.
