   The food was great. The server was professional, but not a warm personality and seemed agitated. The disappointing part was the cork fee for our wine of $55. That’s the highest cork fee we have ever paid anywhere.

   Couldn’t have asked for better service, food, or atmosphere. Every course was sensational, and the service and attention by the staff was beyond compare. I have not had better food anywhere, each dish I had becoming my new favorite. We were tremendously impressed that no one on the staff had a mentality of “not my job”. Hostess cleaned tables, maitre d’ set tables, and servers from other tables even ensured our water glasses were full. It was a team effort that made our 40th wedding anniversary dinner so memorable.

   My husband took me 88 year old mother (who was visiting from Ohio) and I to Penisula Grill for dinner. I love the Opulent Potato. The food was very good however the waitress spilled an entire glass of champagne on my mother and I. We were soaked, our table cloth was soaked and our seat was wet (we were sitting in a booth style seat. The waitress apologized and brought us more napkins to soak up the champagne and help dry ourselves and a fresh drink. When the soup came my husband said to the server (who not our waitress) please don’t spill that soup on us. The server replied I won’t! We hear about your waitress spilling to glass of champagne on your wife. We never heard from a manager or anyone. When the bill came we were credited for the glass of champagne and the waitress gave my wife a book about the Peninsula Grill as a birthday gift. Our bill came to $670 without a tip, I would thought we would at least get an apology from the manager acknowledging the incident! We were very disappointed in our the mishap was handled. We had previously made reservations to go again on my actual birthday, June 7th, but I just canceled them. We will go somewhere where patrons are respected.

   The service was outstanding. Never an empty glass and the meal service was well coordinated. The food was superb and I'd love to come back and sit outside or in a more private area as the main dining room was very loud....and we are generally loud people anyway. We were there for a birthday and we were made to feel very special.

   Best steaks we’ve ever had! Great wine selection and amazing service! It’s pricey but worth it if you’re looking for good food with great portions.

   It is a beautiful room with delicious food and gracious service. It was an anniversary dinner and it made for wonderful memories.

   Fantastic dining experience. The service was some of the best I have experienced in fine dining lately. The food was excellent. The warm mashed potato salad was incredible and the coconut cake lived up to its reputation. Highly recommend.
