   Previous location of restaurant was nicer. It was very noisy inside the restaurant. Service was good and food very good. 2 courses with shared wine was ~£75 per head including 13.5% service charge.

   Food was nice but expected better for the price £92 chateaubriand ordered medium rare came well done except for a totally uncooked sliver in the middle. At this price, I’d expect the chef to know how to cook big cuts.

   This is the place if you are looking for great steak in a casual and lively environment. We landed at Paternoster after a week filled with all the ethnic foods and found this perfect spot for more traditional food. The ribeye was on point. The separate sides lacked some selection on the veggie side, but the mash potatoes and fries were good. The comments from our table said it was the best meal of the week. I agree.
