My husband and I had the Charcuterie to start off with and it was very tasty. We ordered Bouillabaisse as our main course. I have had this dish a few times and mostly been disappointed. Tonight was different. It was very good for the most part but had a bit too much of the salmon taste to the broth. At least for my taste. We finished with coffee (espresso for me and black American for my husband )and crepe Suzette wile he had the ice cream with berries. Both very good. The service in Parts of Paris is excellent and we owe that to Chris. The only drawback was the noise level. Next time, whether permitting, we will dine outside. We do love this place and it's homey atmosphere.

Parts of Paris is the gem of Safety Harbor. We stop by once a month, the staff is amazing and the food is absolutely the best French food this side of the Atlantic.

Excellent place for great food. Music is too loud, and it's a small place so you hear all your dining neighbors (we had a very loud person next to us). We'll request outdoor seating next time. Otherwise the place was perfect!

This was our first time here. Found the restaurant in a local search...Reading prior reviews about the interior noise level, we selected outdoor seating. The weather was perfect. It was a great choice!

The food was fabulous!!!

The bouillabaisse was excellent and the trout special that my wife enjoyed was deliciously prepared. Our wine was a perfect match for both meals. Selecting the berries and homemade ice cream desert and an espresso was the perfect finishing touch.

The interior noise level was high, but you cannot blame that on the facility. It seems it is hard to find any place today where you can enjoy a quiet meal out....

We will definitely be returning. Kudo's to Parts of Paris.

It was my first time to celebrate my daughters birthday but it was so so noisy that we could not hear our conversations exc ept talking louder. gentlemen beside us was very loud and of course you cannot help that. My steak was not cooked through and had a bit of grizzle in the center. I enjoyed it better the second night at home. My girls enjoyed theirs. Sorry, but you asked.

Evenings are too dark to appreciate the eye-appeal of what you're eating.
Decibel level is too high for comfortable conversation. Avoid tables near the bar area.
Otherwise, best choice for special dinner in Safety Harbor.

Dessert was tiny portions and partially looked like in side order dipping cups. Presentation needs to step it’s game up. The triple tail was outstanding as was the cucumber basil martini. Love this place.

Excellent restaurant in small town of Safety Harbor that serves creative cocktails only exceeded by the preparation of their featured dishes. Onion soup, rack of lamb, fillet and pork chop and the creme burlee are the best.

My wife and I went To Parts Of Paris for our anniversary. It was our first time, and we are looking foward to going back again. First and foremost the food was amazing. the atmospher is casual yet just elegant enough for any special occasion. Our waiter was very helpful and attentive, making some suggestions that really paid off, like suggesting the scallops to go with the wine we ordered. He was right. They were delicious. We really enjoyed our evening at Parts of Paris.

I love this restaurant. My husband and I eat here on our anniversary every year. The drinks, food and wine are all excellent. The service is wonderful. Sometimes it's intimate dining and sometimes uncomfortably loud. But it's worth it.

Great find while on vacation. Resturant is situated in an old home in Saftey Harbor off the main drag. Good creative food with ample dishes. Liked the wine selection and recommendation. The waiter was way overworked but attentive.

We've been coming here since they opened. Not a very big restaurant. It is a converted home with tables and bar seating. Very casual (the servers wear shorts.) As always the food is wonderful and authentic, but with their own twist. The menu changes by the season and their fall menu is now out. The menu change is mostly now you get to select your sides as previously they were determined based on the entree. Their onion soup is plenty big for a "cup" and has a nice broth with lots of onions and cheese as well as a bread crouton. Their charcuterie platter is large enough for an entree and comes with a variety of home made meats and accoutrements. Their steak tartare is steak with an egg on top and comes with all the fixin's . You can't go wrong.

We have been coming here for the last year every month, food & staff always Excellent, spending at least $150.00-$200.00 a night. This is the second time in a year they had a Drain Fly Infestation with little flys all around table when food is delivered & through out dinner service, unless they turn down the lights, the sun has gone down or you had to much to drink & you might not notice. I owned a Pest Control Business for over 15 years & when this happens it is a Cleanliness Issue, not a Pest Control Issue. The first time I brought this to their attention the bartender was very interested in learning how to eliminate the problem, tonight the Owner said we don't have a drain fly issue & Totally Dismissed me, I will never come back & don't suggest you do either unless you enjoy swatting Drain/Filth Flys landing on your food or rim of your drinking glass.

We love this place. It was a house turned into a restaurant with wooden floors and very comfortable decor. The staff always remembers us which makes it a very special place to dine. One thing to keep in mind is that the tables are close together and the interior design makes it difficult to carry on a conversation because it gets very loud. Some come early and enjoy the peace. Now onto the food. They have a charcuterie platter with all home made meats and pickles. About the only thing not home made is the mustard, but its great, too. The combination of meats and salmon is terrific. It's almost enough as a main course. Of course, their steak tartare is the show stealer with chunks of beef topped by an egg. Its comes with what you'd expect -- anchovies, cornichons, onions, mustard and more all on the side so you can pick and choose what you'd like. It's a sharable appetizer for sure. Enjoy!

The only downfall was the noise level. Other than that we thourougly enjoyed our evening.

Wonderful meal, authentic French cuisine. Terrific wine list mostly from France, my favorite. Had Moule Frites with Salade Maison and Chocolate Mousse for dessert. Wine was a white Rhone. Felt like I was in a bistro in Paris. Only challenge was the noise level--at the bar and a couple of larger groups. Very loud and difficult to have a conversation with my dining companion until the end of the meal, around 7:45/8:00 pm. Overall, happy and will return.
